Sometimes I have a lack of energy.

Without clear reasons,

Everything seems to be going well in my life,

But I feel uncomfortable in my mind.

Some emotions associated to a past event come back to my mind.

How can I forgive?

Dear friends,

Welcome to Simply Yoga with Nathalie.

This channel is for all the busy bees of this world who would like to slow down and rediscover their inner strength.

My name is Nathalie Chauvin,

And I am a yogi and a scientist.

Let's discover together our inner power.

Sit comfortably,

Or you can also lie down.

You can close your eyes or leave them slightly open.

Take a deep breath in and notice the sensations in your body.

Listen to your breath.

You are living a good life in appearances.

Everything seems to be normal.

Sometimes a trigger in the present moment may bring you back to a past event and you feel that your heart is full of emotions,

Anxiety and frustration.

Just acknowledge these feelings.

Yes,

I feel frustrated.

Yes,

I feel angry.

Yes,

The emotions associated to an event,

A person,

Are still alive in my mind.

Keep on breathing.

As you breathe in,

Take a moment to say,

I bring peace in.

As you breathe out,

Take a moment to say,

I let the emotions leave my body.

In,

Peace.

Out,

I let the emotions leave my body.

In,

Peace.

Out,

I let the emotions leave my body.

Keep on breathing at your own pace.

As I breathe,

I try to detach myself from the emotions.

As I breathe,

I notice that I can control the emotions.

As I look at the river,

I see that the river is in constant movement.

That everything passes.

Nothing lasts.

Like the events in my life,

They pass.

Life is now.

And when my mind is in the past,

I am not seeing the present moment.

When my thoughts are in the past,

Can I first acknowledge them?

Can I see that they belong to the past?

Can I forgive myself for going back there?

Can I preserve myself by bringing love to my space in this present moment?

Can love for myself be stronger and more powerful than everything else?

If I return to my inner peace in this present moment as often as possible,

I will spend less time and energy in the past,

In my everyday life,

I will create some moments or get involved in activities that are meaningful to me and bring me peace.

Breathe in peace.

Breathe out peace.

I forgive myself for thinking that I am less than.

I forgive myself for thinking that I am not whole.

I forgive myself for allowing negative thoughts to fill my mind.

By learning to forgive myself,

I will be able to forgive others,

Little by little.

Breathe in peace.

Let yourself be immersed in peace.

Breathe out peace.

When you are ready to move on with your daily activities,

Bring love and compassion to everything you do with awareness.

Take your time to nurture yourself with thoughts of love and patience.

Breathe in peace.

Let's bring a little more love in our everyday life,

Little by little.

I am Nathalie and I wish you a beautiful inner journey.
