Finding peace within ourselves becomes crucial.

This meditation aims to guide you through techniques to ground yourself in the present,

Centered around the breath,

Allowing you to alleviate the burden of the world's conflicts on your mind.

Together,

We'll explore ways to navigate these feelings of powerlessness and anxiety by cultivating a sense of calm and empowerment within,

Understanding that this inner peace can extend beyond ourselves,

Influencing those around us.

Join me in this journey of self-awareness and tranquility amidst the chaos as we discover the power of our breath to bring solace and light into our lives and the world around us.

Dear friends,

Welcome to Simply Yoga with Nathalie.

This channel is for all the busy bees of this world who would like to slow down and rediscover their inner strength.

My name is Nathalie Chauvelin and I am a yogi and a scientist.

Let's discover together our inner power.

Let's start by finding a comfortable position,

Whether sitting or lying down.

Close your eyes gently and take a deep breath in,

Feeling the air fill your lungs.

As you exhale,

Let go of any tension,

Allowing yourself to sink deeper into relaxation.

In this moment,

Acknowledge the weight of the conflicts in the world and how they affect you.

Feel the anxiety that might arise within you.

It's okay to recognize these emotions.

They are valid.

I see you.

Now,

Shift your focus to your breath.

Notice the sensation of air passing through your nostrils,

Its temperature,

Its flow.

As thoughts arise,

Acknowledge them without judgment and gently guide your attention back to your breath.

Inhale deeply,

Allowing your abdomen,

Chest and upper chest to expand with each breath.

Inhale,

And as you exhale,

Envision a vibrant balloon slowly inflating in front of you.

With each breath out,

Visualize this balloon expanding and becoming fuller.

Feel the release with every exhale,

Allowing the balloon to carry away any thoughts or emotions that no longer serve your well-being.

As the balloon swells,

Take a moment to acknowledge the thoughts you are letting go of.

Perhaps they are worries,

Doubts or a fear.

As it reaches its maximum capacity,

Tie a secure knot at the end,

Symbolizing the closure of these thoughts,

Preventing their return.

Once securely tied,

Gently release the balloon in the open sky.

Watch it rise,

Gracefully,

Carried by the breeze,

Moving higher and higher until it becomes a mere speck in the expanse.

As it drifts away,

Know that it carries with it all those thoughts,

Feelings and concerns you've released,

Taking them far from your mind and heart.

Observe the balloon as it eventually bursts,

Symbolically releasing these thoughts into the atmosphere,

Dissolving them into the infinite vastness above.

Feel a sense of lightness and freedom as you witness this,

Recognizing that those thoughts no longer hold power over you.

Allow yourself to embrace this newfound sense of peace and clarity liberated from the weight of those thoughts.

The overwhelming influx of information can be burdensome.

Recognize that it's natural to feel powerless in such circumstances.

However,

By returning to the present moment,

Through breathing and visualization,

You regain control of your mind and emotions.

You will feel lighter and people around you will feel your beautiful presence.

Remember,

This practice isn't just for this moment,

It's for every moment.

Take breaks during the day to reconnect with your breath.

By finding peace within yourself,

You radiate that calmness to those around you.

You are the bearer of light in a world that may seem dark.

Like holding a candle in a dim room,

Your inner peace can illuminate and warm those around you.

Embrace this power,

For by bringing your light into the world,

You make an invaluable contribution.

Let's bring a little more love into our everyday life.

Little by little.

I am Nathalie and I wish you a beautiful inner journey.

Thank you.
