Welcome dear friend.

My name is Natalie and I am so happy you are here with me today.

Take a moment to arrive fully here.

I will be taking you on to a journey for this new moon in Virgo and it's also a solar eclipse.

You may right now be feeling a mixture of emotions.

Perhaps there is a sense of uncertainty,

Maybe some heaviness or even anticipation.

Know that all of you is welcome here.

New moons are already times of introspection and with the energy of this solar eclipse the inner pull can feel even stronger.

Trust that whatever you are experiencing is part of the process.

You are exactly where you need to be.

This new moon in Virgo is a sign of grounding,

Of structure,

Of healing and refinement.

It asks us to return to the foundations that support our lives,

Our health,

Our routines and the way we show up in service.

And because this new moon comes with a partial solar eclipse,

The energy is amplified.

Eclipses are cosmic reset points.

They often reveal what is no longer aligned and create space for transformation.

So this really is a moment to let go of perfectionism,

Of old patterns and to plant seeds for new habits,

Rituals and ways of living that support your highest well-being.

So I want to ask you to close your eyes if you haven't already.

Allow your body to feel heavy and supported by the surface beneath you.

Take a moment to really be as comfortable as you need to be.

Maybe you want to grab a blanket.

Maybe you want to change the temperature in the room.

Whatever you need right now.

And then once you're ready,

Take a deep inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth.

Another inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth.

If you're lying down,

See if you can have your palms facing upwards.

Have a straight spine,

Your legs apart and just lie as comfortable as you can be right now.

If you prefer to sit down,

Bring your awareness to your feet,

To your ankles,

To your sitting bones and where you are in contact with a chair or with the ground.

Try to sit upright as well.

You can always have the support of a wall as well.

We will now rotate awareness to the body.

Simply follow along with your attention.

No need for you to move,

Just notice.

Bring your awareness to the right hand,

Right thumb,

Index finger,

Middle finger,

Ring finger,

Little finger.

Palm of the hand,

Back of the hand,

Wrists,

Forearm,

Elbow,

Upper arm,

Shoulder,

Armpit,

Right waist,

Right hip,

Right thigh,

Knee,

Calf,

Ankle,

Heel.

Sole of the foot,

Top of the foot,

Big toe,

Second toe,

Third toe,

Fourth toe,

Little toe.

Now on to the left side.

Left hand,

Left thumb,

Index finger,

Middle finger,

Ring finger,

Little finger.

Palm of the hand,

Back of the hand,

Wrists,

Forearm,

Elbow,

Upper arm,

Shoulder,

Armpit,

Left waist,

Left hip,

Left thigh,

Knee,

Calf,

Ankle,

Heel.

Sole of the foot,

Top of the foot,

Big toe,

Second toe,

Third toe,

Fourth toe,

Little toe.

Now on to the back of the body.

Right buttock,

Left buttock,

Lower back,

Middle back,

Upper back,

Right shoulder blade,

Left shoulder blade.

The whole spine,

From the base to the neck,

Back of the head,

Crown of the head.

Now on to the front of the body.

Forehead,

Right temple,

Left temple,

Right eyebrow,

Left eyebrow,

The space between your eyebrows.

Right chest,

Centre of the chest,

Upper abdomen,

Now bring your awareness inside your body.

Right lung,

Left lung.

Bring your awareness to your heartbeat.

Bring your awareness to your stomach,

Your liver,

Your spleen,

Your kidneys,

Your whole abdomen,

Your whole chest.

Your whole head.

Your entire body together.

Together.

Together.

Resting,

Breathing,

Alive.

Now imagine yourself standing in a wide open field.

The air is still and the sky above is dim,

As if nature is holding its breath.

In the distance you see the moon slowly move across the sun.

A gentle shadow falls over the earth.

And as the light dims,

Imagine your old patterns rising to the surface.

See perfectionism,

Self-criticism and doubt,

How it's drifting out of your body like soft smoke.

Each breath you exhale carries them away.

Breathe out perfectionism,

Breathe out self-criticism,

Breathe out doubt and let them dissolve into the shadow of the eclipse.

And for a moment everything is quiet,

Suspended,

Timeless.

Feel yourself resting in this still point.

Empty,

Free and open.

And now as the light begins to return,

A golden glow spreads across the horizon.

This light moves towards you,

Filling your heart,

Filling your mind and filling every cell of your body.

This light brings clarity,

Renewal and grounded strength.

See yourself walking forward into this new cycle,

Lighter and freer,

Carrying only what nourishes you.

And with each breath feel this golden energy rooting into your being,

Illuminating your inner landscape,

Planting seeds of balance,

Health and wisdom.

Let's stay here for a few breaths.

Notice if any image,

Message or symbol arises.

Trust what comes.

And now gently,

Gently begin to return your awareness into your body.

Feel your body resting.

Feel your breath moving in and out.

You may start to introduce some micro-movements,

Wiggling your toes and your fingers.

Before we really come back,

I would like to give you three tips to integrate this energy,

This new moon and this eclipse.

Refine your daily rhythm.

Maybe choose one small routine to bring more structure,

More balance or more nourishment into your day.

Second,

Release perfectionism.

Notice where you hold yourself to impossible standards.

And soften,

Allow progress,

Not perfection to guide you.

And thirdly,

Ground into your body.

And finally,

Support your energy with practices like yoga,

Walking in nature or mindful breathing to anchor the eclipse energy in a healthy way.

And then slowly,

Slowly,

If you're in Shavasana,

I would like to ask you to bend your legs,

Roll over to one side and use one of your hands to support your head.

And then slowly,

Still with your eyes closed,

Push yourself up into a seated meditative position.

Place your right hand on top of your heart and your left hand on top of your right hand.

Take a moment to really feel your heart.

Bow down your head,

Slowly open your eyes and come back into this space.

Until the next time.

Namaste.
