My name is Natalie and I want to welcome you in this sacred space.
A moment just for you to breathe,
To soften,
And to gently release what your heart is ready to let go of.
Today we call upon the divine presence of K'un Yin,
Goddess of Compassion,
Who walks beside those in pain,
Holding their hearts in her loving hands.
Find a comfortable position,
Either lying down or seated,
And allow your hands to rest gently in your lap or over your heart.
And when you're ready,
Softly close your eyes and let's begin.
Bring your attention to your breath.
Let the inhale be soft and the exhale even softer.
Inhale,
Receiving.
Exhale,
Letting go.
Feel your body begin to settle.
And with each breath,
Imagine a soft pink light gently wrapping around you.
Warm,
Loving,
And safe.
This is the energy of K'un Yin,
Tender,
Nurturing,
And all-embracing.
Now bring your awareness to your body,
Scanning from head to toe.
Notice any areas of tension or holding,
Especially around the chest,
Around the throat,
Or the belly.
The places we often carry emotion.
Breathe gently into those spaces and allow them to soften.
Imagine now a vast lotus garden,
Floating in a silver mist.
You are walking slowly,
Barefoot,
Through this serene landscape.
And with every step,
Your heart feels a little lighter.
You reach a shimmering pool,
Still and silent.
And there,
By the water edge,
Stands K'un Yin.
Her robes flowing like moonlight,
And her eyes filled with infinite compassion.
She says nothing,
But her presence speaks directly to your heart.
You are loved.
You are not alone.
All pain is held,
Seen,
And understood.
And you feel her energy wrap around you like a shawl.
You are safe here.
You are seen.
And now gently bring to mind the emotion or memory you're ready to release.
Perhaps the ache of a breakup,
The heaviness of a loss,
Or words left unsaid.
See this as a small stone in your hands.
Feel its weight,
Its texture,
And its story.
K'un Yin steps closer and invites you to offer it into the water.
You slowly place the stone into the still pool.
And as it sinks,
Gentle ripples expand outward,
Carrying away the old pain with grace.
You feel no rush.
There is time.
You are allowed to grieve and let go at your own pace.
K'un Yin places a hand on your heart.
And from her palm,
A soft pink light enters your chest.
Soothing.
Healing.
Warm.
It moves through your entire being,
Dissolving knots of grief,
Softening sharp edges,
And replacing pain with peace.
Now stay in this space,
Breathing gently,
As you listen to these words.
Repeat them silently or out loud if you wish.
I allow myself to feel.
I release what no longer serves my heart.
I am held in love,
Always.
I forgive myself.
I forgive others.
I am whole,
Even in this moment.
I am learning to love myself again.
I trust the wisdom of my heart.
Now feel these words settle into your being,
Like petals falling gently to the earth.
K'un Yin now offers you a lotus flower,
Flowing softly in your hands.
This flower holds the energy of new beginnings.
Of peace.
Of love.
Just for you.
She places a kiss on your forehead and whispers.
Your heart is sacred.
What you feel is sacred.
You are never alone.
The garden fades,
But the light of the lotus remains in your heart.
And now gently begin to return to your physical body.
Feel your seat or the earth beneath you.
Wiggle your fingers and your toes.
And take a deep breath in through your nose.
And a long sighing exhale out your mouth.
And when you are ready,
Gently open your eyes.
Know that K'un Yin walks with you.
Not just in meditation,
But in each tender breath.
In each small act of self-love.
You can return to this space anytime you need softness,
Support,
Or to be reminded that you are worthy of love.
Always.
May your heart be light.
May your spirit be free.
Until the next time.
Namaste.
