Sit up with a straight back.

Straight back is the most important thing.

Stay alone,

Close your curtains and invest this time only in yourself and your inner world.

Close your eyes,

Take a deep breath through your nose and exhale through your feet.

Take a deep breath through your nose and exhale through your feet.

Slowly,

One more time.

Deep breath through your nose and exhale through your feet.

Try to relax.

Watch your breath.

If your tension goes away,

Return it into your breath.

Try to relax every cell of your body as much as possible with each exhalation.

Imagine a place where you feel happy,

The place where you feel good.

This place can be your childhood memory or any place you want to go to.

It can also be imagined and not real.

Continue to breathe slowly.

Imagine that you are in this place,

You are safe and secure.

Look around you.

Feel all the smells,

All the colors,

All the details.

Turn on all your senses.

Stay in this state.

I will ask you to imagine that you see a house nearby and you are approaching it.

You can also see a little girl or a little boy coming to this house.

A boy or girl depends on your gender.

This child is about 5 years old.

Look at him carefully.

Observe him.

How he looks,

How he feels,

What his mood is.

This child is you.

This is your inner girl or boy who always lives inside you no matter how old you are.

Continue to breathe slowly.

How do you feel about this child now?

Maybe you want to hug him or play with him,

Maybe say something to him or just listen to him.

Stay with him.

Give him your attention.

Inhale and exhale slowly.

Tell this child that everything in his life will be fine.

He is not alone.

He doesn't have to be afraid anymore and he is not in danger.

Tell him that you remember about him,

That you don't forget about him.

You will listen to him more and more.

You love him.

You will never leave him.

Now you can talk to him,

Listen to him or ask him any questions.

Apologize if you sometimes forget about him.

Hug and kiss him with all your heart.

Let him go on playing or walking.

Continue to breathe slowly.

Lead your attention to the heart which has a lot of joy,

Child's joy,

Dreams,

The child dreams.

Spontaneity,

The child's spontaneity.

Freedom,

The child's freedom.

Everything is easy and carefree.

Everything is very playful and not too hard.

You don't deceive yourself and you live and act as you truly feel.

Don't lose yourself in this feeling.

Such a wonderful heart-felt meditation. A way to smile, be playful, but also apologize and heal through your inner child. Loved the sound bowl too. Thank you, I will share this with others!
