I'm so happy you're here to be with me today.

Go ahead and take a deep breath all the way down into your core,

In through your nose,

Out through your mouth,

Nice and audibly.

Really see in your mind's eye a density on your exhale.

See that heavier,

Denser energy leaving on your breath.

Maybe it has a color,

Maybe you feel a real weight to it.

In through your nose,

Out through your mouth,

All the way down into your core,

Into your root.

With each heavy exhale,

Feel into how you have more space on your next inhale,

How your energy moves a little more freely in your core.

Good.

Good.

Bring your full presence and awareness on the inside of your body with your breath.

Almost like your skin is a skin balloon and see with each breath your energy moving around in your body,

Your inhale filling your skin balloon all the way to your fingertips and your toes,

To the top of your head,

Filling down into the root of your seat.

Feel that feeling of fullness.

Still seeing that density leaving your body on your exhale.

You can bring your awareness down,

Down to your root where you're connected to where you're sitting.

Really feel that space where you are connected,

That cord that connects you down to the core of Mama Earth,

That warm pinkish-orangish energy that flows up from Mama Earth satiating you,

Nourishing you.

Breathe deep into that feeling of being held,

Of being connected,

Of being nourished.

And as you breathe into that connection,

On your exhales,

You can begin to release through your root at the same time as through your exhale.

Almost like sand passing through an hourglass.

Really feel that release leaving your body energetically.

Really see it in your mind's eye like it's passing through your hourglass,

Giving it back to Mama Earth so it can transmute into something new.

Release everything that there's no need to hold.

Your body knows.

Just give it permission.

Keep your focus on your breath,

Continuing your inhale through your nose and your exhale through your mouth.

Just naturally,

Deeply breathing all the way in and out at whatever pace feels most enriching.

Really settling into that connection.

Really feeling yourself here now sitting in your body.

And bring your awareness to your crown,

To that golden thread of connection at the very top of your head,

Almost like a puppet string.

Breathe into that connection.

Feel that golden light,

The light of source,

Our connection to everything that exists,

Our channel.

You can invite that golden light down through your channel.

You can widen it a bit.

And then just feel as you invite that light to pass through you,

To melt through your system like honey,

Filling you with your breath.

Bringing that sense of fullness down into your root,

Those deep,

Full breaths connected from top to bottom and extending that sense of connection outside of our bodies.

Feel how it radiates from you in a circle.

Feel how you can reach out with your consciousness and connect to what's around you.

As you breathe in,

Breathe into that full circle of connection.

And as you breathe out,

Bring yourself back into your body.

Breathe into full connection.

And breathe out,

Coming back into your skin balloon.

Breathing into that sense of expansion and reaching outside of yourself.

And breathing out that feeling of coming home to your vessel,

Outside of yourself and coming home.

Now,

I invite you to place a hand over your heart,

Feeling that connection of the energy center that is your hand,

The warmth of your hand connected to your heart.

Breathe into that sense of connection between your hand and your heart.

Send your breath directly there.

And on your exhale,

Invite release from that space.

Invite light into that space.

Entering with your breath and release any heaviness or density that is just ready to go.

Now with your full consciousness and awareness in that space in your heart,

Bring your consciousness into that space.

In your mind's eye,

See yourself entering it,

Like a room,

Perhaps like a garden.

Just see yourself walking into the space.

Your body knows exactly what it looks like.

Feel the space,

That's your heart.

Look around you and somewhere in this space is a door for you to open.

As you approach that door,

There's this sense of old,

Ancient protection.

This door was planted here a long time ago by you,

Requested for a sense of safety.

And breathe for a moment and just observe the door and the feeling of its closure.

And breathe into the feeling of readiness to open it.

Breathing into the knowing that this ancient protection has not needed any longer.

Breathing into this greater sense of awareness of your own strength and power and capability and connection to everything.

And knowing that it's safe for the protections to crumble away.

Notice the wall connected to this door.

When the door opens,

It's all going to fade.

It's all going to crumble.

And this feeling of rightness.

When it's time to release the old,

To let it die and to step into birthing something new.

To experiencing something new.

To relating to ourselves and to everything outside of ourselves in a new way.

Behind this locked door is a new experience that is open.

At one point in life,

That raw openness did not feel safe to experience.

But with this connection,

With this presence in our own bodies,

It's safe to open.

Breathe for a moment.

And ask your body to feel into the safety behind opening this door.

Ask your body to feel into the knowing that it's time to allow for opening.

To allow for life to touch us in a new way.

When you feel ready,

Reach out your hand.

Give permission for the locking mechanism to open.

And open the door.

Allow your spirit to walk through.

Walking into the blinding light.

Like everything is glistening,

Glittering,

Glowing.

Feel that feeling of saturation.

The fullness.

Feel how with the crumbling away of that wall,

Everything inside this room just flows into your whole body and begins to radiate outside of you into this connection to everything.

Feel it fill you.

Feel it touch life outside of you.

Breathe deep into that feeling.

Repeat to yourself,

To your body,

To your spirit,

This is a safe feeling.

This connection is good.

This connection gives life to me and to everything that it touches.

Just allow it to all flow.

Allow it to permeate everything.

Bringing your focus back to your breath.

And just simply being with that feeling of being in the fullness.

Touching everything.

Being touched by everything.

Connected.

Bringing your awareness all the way back down inside into your core,

Into your skin,

Into your breath.

Simply continuing to feel that release on your breath,

The fullness on your inhale.

Just allowing yourself to be for a moment.

When you feel fully ready,

You can allow yourself to come back fully into the room with open eyes,

Letting yourself,

Letting your awareness make contact with what's outside of you again.
