This is a Yoga Nidra to help you connect to your inner seasons and find a sense of balance throughout these changes. Even in places that don’t have four seasons, some believe that our bodies move through a four-season cycle every month and even every day. Use the seasons as a guide to help you find balance, let go of attachments, and make space for change. Winter - A time of darkness & silence where we can take time to connect our intuitive nature. Spring - A time of renewal and transformation. Summer - A time of play & creativity. Fall - A time to appreciate what we have and find gratitude for how far we’ve come. This practice can be used to connect to self and to find rest at any time of the day. Let yourself be guided through and connect with the symbolism and different aspects of your inner seasons as well as the beautiful images of nature that represent different parts of the seasons.
