This Yoga Nidra practice uses the intention as well as the symbolism of the Phoenix to help you to start trusting in change, transformation and impermanence in your life. Move through the layers of your consciousness, observing the natural changes of your body, breath, emotions/thoughts, and imagination, and let yourself be carried into a blissful state of rest and peace. This practice will use the death and rebirth cycle of the phoenix to help your consciousness accept the ups and downs of life and help you reach a state of equanimity, calm, and acceptance. Use it in the morning to start your day or to settle down in the evening before bed. It might be especially supportive during times of big transitions and change. Listen regularly to rewire your brain and nervous system for the natural cycles of change and impermanence.
