And I'll ask you to just sit there for a moment,
Lie there for a moment and just scan the room that you're in with your eyes and slowly check your surroundings and feel into your surroundings,
The colors,
The textures,
The shapes and if you are with your light off then just see with your mind's eye what kind of objects are there,
What kind of things are in this room,
The shape,
The textures,
The colors,
How is the energy of the things that are there with you in this room right now.
And now you may close your eyes for a moment,
Scan your body and make any adjustments that you need in order to feel more comfortable,
More relaxed,
More grounded in this seat that you're in.
And scan your body for any muscle tensions,
Any pains,
Any aches.
Just breathe them through,
Send them your breath and we are going to inhale together three times,
Inhale and exhale and send your body relaxation.
Inhale and exhale and let your body drop into the seat that you're in,
Releasing any tensions.
Inhale one more time,
Exhale exhale and allow your mind and your body to just dive into imagination and with your whole body and your mind imagine that you are in the most beautiful scenery,
Forest,
Beach,
Lake,
Lake,
Wherever your mind takes you,
Whatever makes your body feel excited and happy and joyful and calm and at peace.
And explore this place and check out all the different colors,
The different sounds,
The smells,
Textures.
If you feel like touching anything,
You are free to do anything that you want in this beautiful place in your mind,
In your imagination and with your creativity creativity you're going to add anything to this place that you really love.
If you feel like adding more trees,
Water,
Birds,
Flowers,
Maybe food,
Maybe a bed,
Maybe a hammock,
A couch,
A chair,
Anything that will allow you to make this place your home and make this place your refuge for whenever you need a little calm,
A little moment of inspiration and peace.
And while you keep exploring this place and allowing this place to fill your lungs and your eyes,
Your sense of taste,
Your sense of smell,
Your sense of hearing,
You're going to search for search for a playground that is hiding somewhere in this beautiful place.
And this playground is the playground of your dreams.
It's a playground that has all of your favorite,
Favorite,
Favorite toys and favorite games.
It's filled with swings.

Maybe you can find in there a few slides,
Climbers,
Tubes,
Merry-go-rounds,
A jumping bed,
Maybe even your very own custom-made roller coaster.
Everything that you like to play with as a child is right here on this playground.
And you can check if the ground is made out of sand or soil or grass and take a moment to just admire this perfect,
Amazing playground.
It's the one that you have always wanted as a child and now it's here,
Created by you,
Created by your mind and created by your body.
And as you approach one of your favorite games on this playground,
You see that behind one of these games is a child that is kind of curious and it's there hiding,
Trying to approach you,
But it feels kind of shy.
It feels kind of timid and it's not very sure if he or she can approach you.
So maybe you could come closer to this child and just let him or let her know that it's safe for them to come out of hiding.
Maybe you can say hello,
Hey,
What's up?
And as you approach this curious and shy child,
You realize that it's you as a child.
This child is your inner child and he or she is five years old and just so excited to be in this amazing playground.
But he or she is not so sure about you.
It's not so sure if it's safe to speak to you,
If it's safe to to be with you.
Maybe you can offer your child a warm hug,
Maybe a handshake.
What are the expressions on the face of this child?
How does his or she's body look like?
Is he or she scared of you or happy to see you?
Curious?
Shy?
How does this child feel in your presence?
How do you feel about this child?
Maybe you can look into his or her eyes and check in yourself how does it feel to see and be in presence with your inner child.
Maybe you can allow this child to talk to you.
Does he or she have anything to say to you?
To say to you maybe you can come closer,
Maybe you can kneel down and come closer to this child to listen to what he or she has to tell you and listen carefully,
Listen gently.
Maybe maybe you want to say something to this child,
Reassure him or her that it's safe to be with you.
Maybe just let your child know that you're there.
You're there for whenever your child needs you,
Whenever your child wants to talk,
To play,
To have fun.
So maybe you can give your child a hug or a kiss on the cheek and take their hand and enjoy this amazing playground that you and your child are just so excited about and play together.
Take a moment to be with your child,
Take a moment to maybe get to know him or her.
What are their favorite games?
Maybe you can maybe you can do it together.
How does it feel like just being in presence with your inner child playing and having fun and getting to know each other once again,
To reconnect,
Connect to remember what it feels like to just play and have fun and explore and get excited.
Take a few moments with your child to do anything that you want to do on this playground or even anywhere else on this beautiful place that is perfect for you both,
That is safe for you both.
Now it's time to say goodbye to your inner child for now.
Remember that you may always come to this place to play again with this amazing child that is you.
You may always come to spend time together on this playground,
Maybe even explore other realms.
Take a moment to say goodbye to your inner child,
Reassure him or her that you'll be back and that you'll have more moments of this together and that your child can always stay there on the playground playing,
Having fun,
Enjoying until you come back again to spend some time together.
So if you want to maybe give a final hug and a kiss on the cheeks to your child and see him or her going back to playing their favorite games.
Maybe you can sense how it feels watching your child being innocent,
Being free,
Being happy and genuine and authentic and just completely joyful.
It is time to walk away with this sensing and with this sensation from seeing your child and you may walk away to another place in this beautiful realm inside your mind,
A place where you can rest and sit down or lie down and close your eyes and start to feel into your body,
Remembering the fun that you just had with your child,
Remembering and integrating this moment however it might have felt like for you.
That is perfect and that is okay.
You may even begin to move your toes and your fingers,
Integrating the lessons of this moment.
You may even start to breathe consciously in and out gently,
Beginning to remember that you are in this realm and that you are in this moment and that you are in this room.
You are lying or sitting down and you may begin to open your eyes.
