This meditation is a gentle yet powerful journey to reconnect with the younger version of yourself who first learned to protect, to please, or to hide. Through deep relaxation and visualization, you create a safe space where your inner child feels seen, heard, and held—often for the first time. This session invites emotional healing, nervous system regulation, and the rewriting of core beliefs that were formed in moments of fear or unmet needs. It’s not about fixing the past, but about integrating it with compassion so that you can move forward with more softness, confidence, and self-trust.

Please find yourself in a comfortable position,

Whether that's lying down,

Sitting,

With your legs crossed or with your feet touching the ground.

Make sure that your spine is feeling nice and comfortable.

The back of the head,

The back of the neck,

The shoulders.

Make sure that you're not tensing up or forcing any muscles to hold your position.

Really allow the surface beneath you to hold you and support you.

Let the force of gravity sustain you.

Allow your eyelids to gently close and soften as you start making your way back into yourself.

Tuning out from the rest of the world,

Whatever is going on in your own world.

Let that all stay outside for a moment as you send the signal to your body that you're open and willing to tune back inside into your own inner world.

I invite you to have your mind focus on this thread of air flowing into your body.

Just as if you were following a string all the way back inside into those nostrils,

Back into the throat,

The chest,

The belly.

Allowing your mind to follow this breath in.

Noticing how it feels like to take a breath.

Taking a breath and giving back a breath.

I want you to take a couple of these deep and slow intentional breaths.

Filling up the entire belly,

All the way up the chest.

Your brain needs more air to detox.

Your cells need all this air to regenerate.

Your muscles need all this oxygen to recover.

Notice how it feels like to offer yourself more air.

How much space is created within you.

How much space you can create within yourself.

All this space just for you.

For your energy.

For your frequency.

Maybe you've been holding space for others quite a lot lately.

Maybe you've been holding space for friends,

For family,

For colleagues.

For tasks at work.

For other people's stuff.

This space within you was just for you today.

Drop into all this space.

Landing gently into your own depth.

When a pebble falls into a lake,

It slowly makes its descent into water's depth.

Allow your awareness to descend slowly until you reach this part of you.

That lives underneath all the noise,

All the hustle,

All the pushing and forcing.

This space within you where there is suspension,

Spaciousness.

Allow yourself to gift yourself this time,

This journey just between you and you.

You and this space within you.

The more you deepen your breath,

And for this journey,

There are no expectations on you.

There is nothing to perform.

As you keep on breathing,

I invite you to choose a color that brings you peace,

That brings you calm.

Using the power of your mind,

The power of your imagination,

Imagine this color flowing in like a wave.

A soft wave of the ocean into the very top of the head.

Flowing into your skull and your scalp.

Making its way deep into the forehead.

Down those eyes.

Into the cheeks.

Down the nose.

Into the lips.

The inside of the mouth.

Unlocking the jaw.

Dropping the chin and sending this wave deep into the throat,

The neck,

The shoulders.

Softening tension and heaviness you have been carrying around.

And those arms,

The elbows,

The wrists,

The hands.

And sending one last big deep wave deep into those legs.

And softening the thighs,

The knees,

The ankles,

The heels,

The feet,

Those toes and all the way out those toes.

Every muscle,

Every tissue.

Softening,

Tension,

Tightness,

Constriction.

And reaching out to every single place within you.

Into your very core.

This part of you that lives underneath everything else and beyond everything else.

All at the surface is transitory.

This part of you is not.

And from this place within you,

Allow yourself to invite in a younger version of you.

A younger version of you that was maybe misunderstood.

A version of you that maybe went through a lot of pain and frustration.

Maybe a lot of sadness and anger.

A younger version of you that no matter how much time has passed,

It's still here.

And if there are many younger versions of you that went through hardship,

I invite you to choose just one for this journey.

The one that feels most intense right now.

The one that comes up first.

And you can let all the others know that their time will come.

That you will come back for them too.

And stay with this younger version of you.

And look into their eyes.

Notice how they look like.

Notice their age.

Notice their posture.

Notice how they are feeling like.

What emotions are here inside.

Notice how their body responds to those emotions.

Maybe the chest tightens up.

Maybe the throat closes off.

Maybe there is a pit in their stomach.

And all you need to do is offer your presence.

Just being here.

And letting them know.

Causing them to feel this way.

I invite you to pause whatever is happening around them.

Just like if you were pausing a scene of a movie.

And stay with this version of you.

Just a few more moments.

Notice what is the most difficult thing about this moment for them.

What feels so hard.

Notice the beliefs that they have about themselves.

What do they believe?

What do they believe about the world?

And what is it that they most need right now?

For them to feel safer.

For this version of you to feel seen,

Held,

Validated.

What do they need from you right now?

And allow yourself to offer them that.

Right here and right now.

Maybe they just need you to be there.

Right beside them.

Your presence is healing.

Maybe they need you to validate their story and their experience.

And how hard this was for them.

How intense it felt.

Offer them whatever it is that they need.

And tell them that you're here.

From now on,

You got them.

And you will be the one caring for them.

Maybe you'd like to offer this younger version of you a hug.

Holding of hands.

Gentle smile.

Take them somewhere that they love.

Somewhere they feel safe.

You can easily,

Effortlessly leave the place that you're at.

And go somewhere nicer.

Somewhere spacious.

Somewhere this version of you can be free and happy and play.

Wherever that is,

Arrive there now.

Together.

Leaving behind that moment,

That memory.

Allowing it to dissolve.

Allowing this version of you to play and rest.

Let them do whatever they want to do.

Whatever feels good for them.

Whatever brings them back to their energy,

Their life force.

Their bliss,

Their joy.

Know that you can always come back here.

You will always be connected.

Whenever they need you.

Just follow their calling back to this place.

So let them know that you'll be back.

That they can stay here and play and rest.

This is their safe place now.

I invite you to allow yourself to slowly start drifting back into your body.

Bringing with you that playfulness,

That joy,

That bliss,

That rest,

That recalibration.

All those resources.

Bring it all back into your life.

Allow yourself to land into your physical body.

Starting to feel into the temperature on your skin.

Dropping into your own conscious awareness and full integrity.

Bringing with you all that serves you.

Leaving behind what you no longer need to carry.

Gently you can start wiggling those fingers and wiggling the toes.

If you'd like to drift off to sleep,

You may do that.

And if you need to,

Keep moving through the rest of your day.

Allow yourself to open your eyes whenever you feel ready.
