This meditation is your daily reminder of how far you've come until this exact moment. In a culture where we are constantly told that we are not enough and that what we have isn't enough, we forget to be grateful and appreciative of the things we have now that a past version of us could only dream of. Come to this meditation anytime you need to expand your capacity for abundance, open your heart for miracles, and move forward from a space of pride and accomplishment.

Welcome to your meditation today.

Thank you for being here and thank you for taking this time,

This space,

Just for you to nourish your mind,

Your heart,

Your body,

And your soul.

Get ready by finding a nice comfortable position for your body.

Making sure that your arms are nicely relaxed,

Your spine is straight.

Whether you are sitting or lying down,

Make sure that your neck,

Your shoulders are soft,

Your lower back is soft.

Allow yourself to close your eyes,

Starting to tune out from the rest of the world and tuning back inside,

Following your breath all the way back into your nostrils,

Your throat,

Your belly and your chest,

And taking a nice deep breath in and letting go.

Deep breath in and soften.

One more time,

Deep breath in and as you find a rhythm,

Pace of breath that feels good,

I invite you to send all this air to any area in your body where you might be holding onto tension constriction,

Any place that maybe has been feeling stressed,

Restless,

Allowing your whole body to receive more air.

Sometimes throughout the day we forget to take big breaths.

Breath becomes short and we forget to give our bodies all this nourishment,

All these resources that it needs to function,

To feel energized,

To recalibrate and recover.

So allow yourself to take deep,

Slow,

Full breaths and letting this air ripple out,

Reaching to every single space within you,

Softening,

Soothing,

Relaxing.

And as you keep on breathing,

I invite you to remember a past younger version of you who desired,

Dreamed of,

Envisioned something that you have right now in your life.

It could be an aspect of your life or your entire life.

It could be an aspect of your personality,

Of who you are today.

We live in a society that is trying to convince us that it's never enough,

That there is more to have,

More to do,

That you need to be better and better and better.

And we forget,

We forget that there was once a version of us that deeply desired something that you have right here and right now.

So this is your invitation to acknowledge that,

To validate all the trust,

All the effort that that version of you put into every single step of the way until they became you.

So your life today is the dream of a past younger version of you.

And although this life that you live now is a process of becoming,

It's not finished,

It's not final,

It is still worth it and it's deserving of your validation,

Your acknowledgement,

Your recognition for how far you've come and all it took for you to be who you are today and to have what you have right here and right now.

So take this moment to gather all those times when you thought that you wouldn't be able to overcome a challenge and yet you did and here you are on the other side.

You are allowed to feel proud of yourself and the only permission you will ever need to do that is your own.

Notice how much trust and belief in yourself it took for all those past versions of you to move forward and become who you are today.

And notice how it would feel like from now on to move forward with all the next dreams,

The next desires,

The next goals,

Not from a place of lack,

Scarcity or not enoughness.

But from the space of pride,

Of wholeness,

Of gratitude,

Appreciation.

So bring with you from this meditation three things that you are deeply grateful for.

All those little things that you sometimes take for granted,

That you forget that once in your life you maybe didn't have that.

Take these things you're grateful for with you into your heart.

Let them fill you up entirely and let them be the foundation from which you move forward in your life,

In your path,

In your journey from now moving forward.

Temperature on your skin you can wiggle those fingers and those toes.

Taking a deep breath in,

Giving yourself a gentle stretch.

And letting go.

I will see you on our next meditation.

I hope you have a beautiful rest of your day,

A beautiful rest of your week.

Thank you for being here.
