Hello friend,
Welcome.
This will be your safe space to talk to yourself and set the new vision.
This could be the moment to find your path or realign with the path that you've decided to take earlier.
Now is a good time to find a comfortable position.
And that means to find a position that works for you.
Might be sitting down or lying comfortably in bed,
Outdoors or indoors.
Now that you've found a comfortable position,
Try to tune in to your breath.
Take a deep inhale and exhale.
Try to let go of any tension that might be present in your body.
Drive your attention inwards,
Scanning your body.
See how you feel today,
How you feel at this particular moment.
Accepting what is.
If there is a tension,
Just acknowledge it.
Take a few other inhales and exhales.
Maybe being mindful of any sounds that might be present in the room or outdoors.
Seeing and feeling whatever is around.
It might take a while for you to ground yourself.
And it's absolutely okay to sit a few moments with your thoughts.
And in a way take a note of what your mind is focusing on.
But with time,
Try and let it go.
You can always go back to your thoughts later.
Take a deep inhale and see how your breath is today.
Are you breathing deeply and calmly?
Do you feel slightly stressed in your breath?
Feeling your chest rising up and falling down slightly too quickly?
Are you breathing in through your chest?
Or do you feel your breath present in your belly?
Maybe if it feels right,
Place your hand on your chest and another hand on your belly.
And see if you can even it out.
Inhaling and exhaling.
Feeling the chest and belly rising in and out.
And with the moment when you finally felt stillness in your body,
Try to turn inwards to chew into your inner self.
There might be a space inside your body or inside your mind that you feel is really familiar.
Taking a few inhales and exhales.
Giving yourself space and time to just be.
Also realizing that wherever you are now,
There is no one to judge you.
No one to tell you what to do.
So you can just be yourself.
It seems like this is the only option now.
Maybe at this moment you'll feel at peace and content.
Just because you are who you are and that's okay.
Maybe you'll feel your shoulders relaxed,
Your head slightly lighter,
Your belly relaxed and your feet strong and grounded.
And your whole body is just at ease.
Maybe try to visualize yourself in a happy place.
Somewhere on the beach,
In the forest,
Or wherever it might be that just makes you really happy.
And now that you tuned in,
Your inner voice,
Your inner being,
All the questions that we are about to ask ourselves will come naturally answered.
Because there is no one in the room.
So try to feel whatever you are thinking about,
Your body might give you an answer if it's a yes or a no.
Pleasant sensation or not a very pleasant one.
Just be very aware of all the sensations that might be present.
Now let's come to the point where we want to visualize what our path will be.
What do we want our future to hold for us?
How a perfect life would be for you?
And we'll do that by asking our inner selves a few questions.
And really be there,
Present,
Mindful and self-aware to listen.
And you will want to listen not to the mind,
Not to the rational side of things,
But to the subconscious,
Your inner self,
Your body,
Your true nature,
The very essence of who you are.
And that does not come from the mind.
That comes through the heart.
If you feel like it,
You might leave one of your hands on your heart to establish this heart connection.
Take a deep breath in and out,
In and out,
In and out.
And now comes the first question.
What are the things that I enjoy doing?
What are the things that make me happy?
Like a kid,
Content.
What makes me feel like the time has never existed?
What do I love so much that I totally forget about time and space and other people?
If you feel like taking notes of whatever comes through your heart as answers,
You may take notes,
Open your notebook or do small voice memos,
Whatever feels good for you.
Take a few moments to sit with that question.
What are the things that I enjoy doing?
And then let it go.
Visualization is a great tool.
And listening to your heart can lead you to the most unknown places.
But you should be mindful not to get attached.
So with another inhale,
Exhale out through your mouth and let go.
Taking another inhale to empty your mind and stay connected to your heart.
And our next question is,
What are the things I've always dreamed of?
Inhaling and exhaling.
When you think of the things that are your dreams,
Your wildest dreams,
Your most happiest dreams,
Try to feel this vibration in your body,
The state of absolute dream,
Visualizing that dream,
Feeling the essence of that dream,
Being really close,
Being really attainable.
Inhale,
Exhale.
Maybe you'll feel slightly warmer in your body,
Feeling a tickling sensation in your feet or in your hands,
Or feeling the center of light in the area of your chest,
As if the sun is radiating through you.
Place your both hands on your chest and take a few breaths,
Feeling the warmth of your chest,
Feeling the warmth of that light,
Feeling the energy,
And being aware at the same time of all the wildest things that come to you as answers.
What are the things that you've always dreamed of?
Some of the things that you probably forgot about.
Some of the things that were lost through years.
But some of the things are still there.
You're still dreaming of them.
So now is the time to remember,
As if to find a long-forgotten,
Lost key to the door that is so rusty,
But something really exciting is there when the door is open.
Taking the time to slow down the breath,
Taking the time to be aware of all the bodily sensations,
Feeling if there is any tension present in your body,
And even if there is,
Take a note of that.
There might be a hidden answer.
Take a few more moments to focus on the things that you dream of.
And on the next breath,
Let it go.
Now we'll move towards more day-to-day questions,
Which will work as if we're doing a body scan,
But sort of a life scan,
Thinking and examining what our life looks like to us,
What our inner self really thinks about who we are now and what we're doing.
And maybe hearing some of the suggestions.
Take a deep inhale and exhale,
And ask yourself,
How does my body feel?
Abandoned or well-cared for?
You might need to scan your body at the same time to actually feel how your body feels,
Starting with the crown of your head,
Relaxing the face,
Going down towards your shoulders,
Down through the spine,
Towards your lower back,
Checking in towards the belly,
Going down to the hips,
To the thighs,
To the shins,
And the feet.
If at any moment you feel any peculiar sensation in the body,
Be mindful of that.
Be mindful of all of the signals the body is sending to you,
As if saying,
I'm here,
Just listen.
Stay present with all the bodily sensations.
Inhale,
And with the next exhale,
Let it go.
Now,
Ask yourself,
What is my inner circle?
Are there people who weigh me down?
Are there people who lift me up?
And I know that this might be a tricky one,
But again,
Do not focus on the mind,
Focus on the heart.
And the heart will give you simple answers,
As if a yes or a no.
Take a few moments here,
Write down any notes,
Any feelings,
Just any thoughts,
That you would like to refer to later.
Inhale,
And slowly,
Slowly let go.
Let's visualize,
What's your ideal environment?
Ask yourself,
What a day in my perfect life would look like?
What will be my dream-like routine?
What will I do in the morning?
What food would I choose?
How my day would start?
What are the people who are present throughout my day?
How do I spend my time?
Do I work less?
Maybe I work more?
Are there any hobbies?
Any sports?
Is there a nature or big city life?
Sit with yourself in your perfect day.
Try to feel how your body would feel throughout that day.
Try to feel the air on your skin,
Try to feel your body in that time and space.
Try to feel the ease of the mind.
Notice any sensations,
Maybe the lightness,
Maybe the openness of your chest.
Maybe just an overall pleasant feeling of knowing who you are and what you do.
Try to even out your breath,
Taking inhales and exhales that are the same in duration.
With slowing down your breath,
You're slowing down the moment of being in your perfect life.
And it should not be perfect in a way that is written in the books or shown on TV.
It's perfect in your idea of what a perfect is.
Maybe it's a life where you don't make your bed or a life that you just do what you want.
Be absolutely open and bold about your ideas,
About your inner feelings and desires,
Your inner goals.
Take a few more inhales and exhales here.
Maybe notice a smile on your face or maybe feel a sense of wonder,
A sense of joy,
Knowing something that you haven't known before.
And with the next inhale,
Relax and let it go with the exhale.
Now,
Come back to your body,
Starting to be more aware about your physical presence in the room,
Being more aware of every inhale and exhale.
Maybe pay attention to any changes present in your body,
Any changes in the state of your mind,
Any changes in the state of your mood or any emotions that might be present right now.
Acknowledge whatever that is and let go.
Leave only the breath coming in through your nose and coming out through your nose,
Rising and falling like the constant flow of water in the ocean.
Inhaling and exhaling.
You can use this safe space to take the rest of your nose to continue on journaling,
Writing down the ideas,
The dreams,
The goals,
The changes that you might want to bring into your life.
Or feel free to just sit down,
Just to be at peace,
Just to be at a very happy place,
A place where there is no one to judge you or to tell you what to do,
A place to just be.
Be with your inhales and exhales.
Be with your body.
Be with your open heart.
Take as much time as you need to.
When you're ready,
Start to slowly move with your fingers and toes.
Maybe take a few shoulder rolls.
Feel your neck.
Place your hands on the chest in a gesture of gratitude towards yourself by dedicating time and space to be aware of your inner self,
To be aware of your dreams,
Your goals.
Try to feel this moment.
Maybe this is a future reference for guiding yourself towards your path,
Towards aligning yourself with your true vision.
Take a big inhale.
With the next exhale,
Start to open your eyes.
I thank you for spending your time with me and trusting me to guide you towards your vision.
Thank you.
Namaste.
