Good morning again,

Arjun.

Great day.

Here we are,

Podcast number seven.

Yes,

Absolutely.

So last time in episode six,

We talked about philosophies.

Why is it important?

What is a philosophy?

What is it made of?

And we touched upon the fact that philosophies are beliefs and ideas and ways of being that help us to govern our lives and help us to make sense of it almost,

Right?

It's almost like a frame of reference.

And you also touched on the fact that we may be living by various philosophies and that they are interchangeable as well.

They're not fixed in stone as all beliefs and thoughts are.

None of it is fixed in stone.

And we also discussed how do we pick philosophies that align with the stages of our lives in terms of where we're at.

Now,

I want to pose you a challenging question.

We often get imbibed with philosophies that come from other people.

So we,

Depending on our culture,

Social capital,

We learn certain things that then very often become the philosophies of our lives,

Right?

They become the theme of our lives.

Now,

As we grow up and as our consciousness expands and as our experiences change,

We may sometimes find ourselves in dissonance with some of these philosophies.

True.

So I'd like for us to start this conversation in terms of what happens if we disagree or don't resonate with a philosophy that we've been taught,

That we've been raised with.

What happens to the quality of our lives and how do we become aware of that?

Because the interesting thing is you will sometimes see people who are unhappy with those philosophies,

But they're not even aware that these philosophies are governing their lives.

So tell us more about that.

Well,

The way we become aware of whether we are in resonance or out of resonance with a philosophy that we have been living is our emotions.

Emotions are the barometer that tell you how aligned or misaligned you are with your true self,

With who you are meant to be,

Your higher mind,

Your higher consciousness,

Your DNA,

Your unique persona.

And so when we feel emotions like anger,

Sadness,

Guilt,

Irritation,

Frustration,

That usually means that we're out of alignment with the belief systems that we want to follow versus,

Let me say,

The philosophies that we want to follow versus the philosophies that we have been following.

So this is how we know that something is out of sync,

Something is out of alignment,

Something is incongruent right now.

And therefore now the next question is what is out of congruence?

What is out of alignment?

And this begins the discovery process,

Which is beautiful.

And I love questions around that.

So one of the great questions that I like to ask in coaching is what is the philosophy or what are the philosophies that is causing this anger,

That is making me feel this?

What is the belief that's generating this fear?

And that begins the discovery process and now takes me to the belief paradigms,

The philosophies that I have been inadvertently subscribing to.

And thereafter I have the opportunity now to make an amendment in that.

So yeah,

That is being out of resonance with a philosophy that you utilize.

Then there is also a philosophy that you perhaps are not utilizing,

But is presented to you by somebody,

A teacher,

A speaker,

A boss,

A friend,

Perhaps even a spouse.

And you find yourself not resonating with that philosophy.

That's a lot easier to handle in a sense that you could politely acknowledge the existence of that philosophy.

Remember,

A philosophy is not invalid just because you don't resonate with it.

It's just that you've discovered that that philosophy is not relevant.

It's not germane to you.

But the philosophy still has validity because it works for somebody else where their life is right now.

And it even might have served you up until a point where you discovered that it doesn't serve you anymore.

And so I'm very conscious not to invalidate philosophies just because I don't resonate with them or I don't like them,

Because these are models that work for other people.

So we extend validity to all philosophies and from that space we give ourselves the power to choose the philosophies that we are most resonant with.

This is being inclusive now.

This is expanding your bubble of inclusivity.

This is going beyond tolerance into acceptance of various paradigms that exist on our planet today.

And from that space,

Your power to choose the philosophies that you do prefer will be greatly increased.

So yeah.

It reminds me of the line of we don't know what we don't know.

So that aspect of being able to hold space for other people's philosophies is really important.

But whatever feels heavy to you does not belong to you as well.

And I like the fact that you talked about different things might resonate with different people based on their consciousness and on what they are here to do on their journey on this on the stage of their lives.

So there's no wrong or right necessarily,

But it's just what aligns with you the most.

At that point in time.

At that point in time.

That can change as well.

That's the other dimension.

Yeah,

Absolutely.

All right.

So let's talk about a couple of philosophies that is close to your heart.

Which one would you like to pick on today?

So I'd like to share with you guys the four B's,

Four words that start with the letter B.

And this is a philosophy from my mentor's mentor.

So my mentor Basil Harris and his mentor Jim Dornan.

Jim passed away a couple of years ago from cancer,

But was very prolific in his expression of life philosophy.

And over the years I have modeled these four B's to a great extent and found that it has very positively impacted every area of my life.

So how about we do the four B's?

How does that sound?

Sounds excellent.

Okay.

So here we go.

Okay.

So this is on offer.

Once again,

I'd like to remind all our listeners that you are at a buffet table.

You don't have to eat everything.

All right.

And there's plenty on offer here,

But you can try it out.

Take a taste.

Smell it.

Maybe taste it a little bit.

A couple of spoons.

See how it resonates with you and then go from there.

Try it before you deny it.

So four words.

Each word begins with a B.

The first word is begin.

B-E-G-I and begin.

The second word is beware.

Beware.

The third word is believe.

Believe.

And the last,

The fourth word is become.

Become.

So begin,

Beware,

Believe and become.

All right.

This is the philosophy that's on offer.

Here you are.

And let me start with the starters.

Right.

This is where we start.

Soup and salad.

Begin.

We're coming out of a very challenging time.

The planet is coming out of a challenging time right now.

We are at the tail end of this pandemic that has affected our economy,

That has affected politics,

That has affected every sphere of our life.

And in the past,

We've had personal challenges.

This time we've had a collective challenge.

We've all kind of been through this.

And let's use the philosophy of begin to actually allow us to grow wiser,

Stronger,

Better from this challenge rather than have the challenge weaken us or pull us down.

So begin,

Begin to dream again.

Start dreaming,

Start setting new goals,

New dreams,

New visions.

Beginnings are very,

Very powerful because when you begin,

You start to move.

You start to look in a new direction or perhaps you look in an old direction with new eyes.

Start,

Commence,

Pick up that pen and paper or just dial that number.

Draw a picture,

Speak to a friend,

Put on your shoes,

Inquire about that investment plan.

Have a look at your resume.

Look at your product and service offering if you are in business.

Treat the relationships that you are in the way you treated those relationships when the relationship began.

Bring in the spirit of freshness into every single thing you do.

Bring in that spirit of enthusiasm to start something.

Don't worry about what's going to happen next,

How is it going to progress,

When is it going to finish.

The word begin is just begin.

Start moving.

You can't steer a parked car.

Even if your car is pointed in the wrong direction and you want to turn it around,

You have to begin.

You've got to move and it doesn't matter if you're moving in the wrong direction,

Just start moving and then you can steer it later.

But don't think about the later,

Just begin,

Start,

Initiate.

Don't trust your emotions if you are not in motion.

And beginnings are very,

Very powerful because there's this beautiful fragrance of freshness when you start something new.

And you never know where you're headed unless you take those first few steps.

A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step,

One single step.

Robert Shuler said,

By the yard it's hard,

But inch by inch anything's a cinch.

Just take that first step.

This is a powerful philosophy and I find that the reason why a lot of people do not begin is because they're afraid of what will happen after they begin.

And that's not what this philosophy is about.

This philosophy is about being childlike in your beginning.

It doesn't really matter.

Be innocent in your emotion towards the beginning.

Think of a little kid that plays with one toy,

Begins to play with one toy and then abandons it and then goes ahead and begins to play with another toy.

And then abandons that and goes ahead and begins to watch cartoons on TV and abandons that and goes ahead and begins to eat a piece of chocolate and then begins to go out and play.

And there's beauty in those beginnings because when we begin things we're in a peak state.

And why can't we begin a whole number of things and later on let's choose what we continue or don't.

That doesn't really matter but it's time for us to begin.

So that's the first piece.

Is there anything you want to ask me about?

I do.

So let that before we move to the other piece.

So as you are talking about all of this I am getting very excited.

Correct.

As I do whenever I talk.

Listen to you.

And the words that I'm writing on my paper is courage,

Courage,

Courage,

Boldness,

Fun,

Awe,

Fearlessness,

Excitement,

Engaging oneself.

Become in a state of higher awareness because to begin means that we just begin.

No questions asked.

No hesitation.

No overthinking.

And it presupposes that we have enough courage to jump into the unknown with complete excitement and awe.

And it also implies a certain element of pausing our rational brain to a certain extent and moving more into a state where our brain and our heart and our bodies and our spirits are all connected.

Yes.

Instead of just approaching things from the logical frontal cortex.

True,

True.

Think about it this way.

One of the pernicious belief systems that is in direct opposition to what we've been talking about is the belief or the philosophy that says I don't do anything until it's perfect.

Or I won't undertake an action or a project unless I intend to do it perfectly.

And this can be challenging because then we get paralysis by analysis.

And then now quest for perfection we never really get started.

You'd rather have an imperfect beginning than wait 120 years to make a perfect beginning.

You never will get perfect unless you start moving.

It's more impressive when you actually start moving forward than you sit in contemplation at some point in time.

You've got to get your rear into gear.

Yeah,

Absolutely.

Love it.

Okay,

So the second word is very intriguing to me.

And initially when you said it,

Beware,

It I immediately was wondering in my head,

Why beware?

Why?

Why?

Why are you asking us to beware?

Okay,

Let's hear it.

Yeah.

So,

You know,

Star Trek,

Captain James T.

Kirk.

Yeah.

And,

You know,

The future captains that came after that had this thing,

Right?

When they were attacked by the enemy,

They'd say shields up,

Red alert.

Our shields are fully operational.

And the thing is we live in an environment where there's all sorts of influences and there are preferred influences and there aren't preferred influences.

There is things that are nourishing,

But there is also toxicity around us and there is temptation to indulge in some of this toxicity.

And so we need to be particularly careful.

So under beware,

I'd like to suggest three things that we must be aware of.

And each of these three things starts with the letter S.

So let's start with the first S and let's beware.

Let's beware of sugar.

At a very physiological level,

Let's beware of the quantum of sugar that we are consuming in our food.

And I'm not against eating desserts.

You and me and Asima have sat down,

We've had desserts together,

We've indulged and that's all right.

But what happens is when we get into stressful situations,

When our mind is boggled with all sorts of challenges,

We tend to now lean towards foods that have a high sugar content in them as an emotional satisfaction,

Just to kind of give us some kind of emotional healing at that point in time.

And this can be very dangerous.

So we've got to really be aware of the amount of sugar that we're consuming on a day to day basis.

All right,

So that's the first thing I ask people to beware of because your physiology affects your psychology.

Whether you like it or not,

Your physical well-being plays a huge role in your mental and therefore emotional well-being.

How you feel physiologically is going to affect your performance in every area of your life,

Your work,

Career,

Your relationships,

Your moods.

And it's been proven time and again when people consume inordinately large amounts of sugar,

They tend to have more mood swings as opposed to those that don't.

So beware of the first S which is sugar.

Very interesting.

It's very powerful when you make the link between what we consume,

What we put in our bodies.

So the link between body,

Mind and state.

I think we underestimate the power of that congruence.

So very interesting.

I hope our listeners are paying attention.

Okay,

Next one.

All right,

So the second S is beware of screen time.

Okay,

In the COVID environment,

We've been doing a lot of screen time and there is radiation that comes out of screens.

You could use a blue light filter for conversations and that's fine,

But we now need to start balancing the high tech with the high touch.

Let's have some truly physical experiences walk in nature.

Look into someone's eyes in their physical presence.

Engage in touch.

Experience the outdoors.

Observe the clouds in the sky.

Feel the wind on your face.

But look outside the screen of the television,

Outside of the laptop,

Outside of the phone.

Look outside your window.

It doesn't matter if it's just traffic.

That's what life is outside of where you live.

But beware of the quantum of screen time that you are consuming because this is affecting your psychology in many,

Many ways.

It's like we start numbing our senses the more we look at the screen.

We start disconnecting from what is real and from what is raw out there.

We use it as an excuse for time to go by.

The seconds,

The minutes,

The hours,

The days and the weeks just go by and we're just looking at a screen.

Let's put those phones down and just look away from the screen.

Beware of screen time.

I understand that we've got to look at the screen because we are in a technological environment.

All I'm suggesting to you is let's be measured in the quantity and the amount of screen time that we engage in and that's the second S.

Beware of screen time.

I love that and I think I'm guilty of that as well to a certain extent.

It reminds me of an activity that I once did with a friend of mine and it's called eye gazing meditation.

It's basically you sit with somebody and there's no sound,

There's no guided anything in terms of voiceovers or music or whatever and you just dedicate 10 or 15 minutes just to eye gaze in each other's eyes in complete silence.

It's so,

So,

So,

So powerful because all of a sudden you are able to really connect when you are in the presence of somebody on such a deep level.

Shakespeare said the eyes are the windows to the soul.

Absolutely.

I remember in pranic healing when I did that course they got us to do this and when you actually do this you really start seeing,

Feeling the essence of the other human being.

This is who we are.

Which you definitely cannot do on a WhatsApp call or a WhatsApp message.

Okay,

Brilliant.

Let's go to the third S then.

The first S is beware of sugar,

The second S is beware of screen time,

The third S is beware of self pity.

Beware of self pity.

We as humanity have become afflicted by what I humorously refer to as the PLOM syndrome.

P L O M.

PLOM syndrome.

The PLOM syndrome is poor little old me.

Poor little old me.

We are constantly looking for reasons to complain,

For people to complain against.

This is called the persecution complex.

Some of us have a very overt persecution complex.

Majority of us have a covert persecution complex.

We constantly,

I say again,

I'm just generalizing,

But a large percentage of humanity engages in contemplating or complaining about how the entire world is against them.

This brings us to that old Einsteinian philosophy,

Do I live in a friendly universe or do I live in a hostile universe?

It's almost become fashionable to complain.

I had an Italian friend of mine who very humorously once said,

You know,

Arjun in Italy,

We have two pastimes,

Complaining and football,

You know,

He said football and complaining.

So,

You know,

And that was his sense of humor.

But the point that he made was he said,

We just occupy such a huge quantum of our time,

Our space,

Our thoughts,

Our emotions in complaining about how people are out to get us,

How all the things that are going wrong.

And the,

And it's,

It's most exciting for people to complain about things that they have absolutely no control over.

So we complain about the boss and we have no control over the boss.

We control about the company and in most cases,

We don't really have control over company policy.

Now you can influence people,

You can influence policy,

But that's a process and it takes time.

And most people want a quick fix.

There's no magic wand where you wave the wand and suddenly people and institutions will change their point of view.

That ain't going to happen.

And the greatest thing that people like to complain about is governments,

Politicians,

And you have no control over these things for the most part,

Or very,

Very,

Very little control.

And yet you engage in substantial amounts of time going poor little old me,

The plumb syndrome.

So let's be aware of these three S's,

The sugar,

The screen time and self pity.

Excellent.

I love it.

All right.

So the third B is believe.

So the first one was begin,

Then beware,

And the third one is believe.

What do you mean by believe Arjun?

All right.

And believe is in many ways what we've been talking about in the previous podcast and what we're talking about now.

What do I believe in?

Do I believe that things are going to get better or do I believe that things are going to get worse?

Do I believe that this is the end or do I believe that this is a new beginning?

Let us choose to believe that this thing that is happening right now is a season and it's here for a reason.

Let us choose to believe that this too shall pass.

Let us believe that we have actually been endowed with abilities to get through this and get past this.

Let us start believing in the goodness of humanity.

Let us start believing in latent potentialities that have yet to be tapped within us.

Let us shift our beliefs towards things that serve us rather than things towards things that hurt us.

And that's,

It's so important.

And in a situation like a financial challenge,

A health challenge or a relationship challenge,

Tony Robbins says this all too well.

He says,

You know,

The three things that I'm curious about when I'm working with people is,

Is what are you focused on?

Number one,

What are you focused on?

Number two,

What does it mean?

What does it mean?

And number three,

What are you going to do?

So we're looking at a particular situation that's what are you focused on?

Number two,

What does that mean,

That situation?

I mean,

It's like we said earlier,

Is this the beginning or is this the end?

And then that determines what am I going to do?

So what is my belief about the situation?

What do I believe will happen or won't happen?

Yep,

Absolutely.

So what's coming to my mind right now is the word flow.

When you were asking the questions,

You know,

Let us believe that this is here for a reason and a season.

Let us believe that things are happening for us.

Constant state of flow and the visual I have in my head is waves.

There's highs and there's lows and there's the low tide and the high tide.

And it's constantly moving as is life constantly moving as is our,

The atoms in our bodies,

The world,

The planet constantly moving in circular motion in the galaxy,

In the Milky Way.

Milky Way is one of the,

You know,

One of the cluster of galaxies that are,

That is also constantly like a kaleidoscope,

Constantly in a state of flow.

And therefore,

If we cling to any one particular idea that this is terrible,

That this is a problem,

Then it's almost as if we are blocking flow within ourselves,

Right?

Because we cling to it and then we stick to it and we are unable to take a step back and see that everything around us is also moving.

And it brings me to the idea of,

You know,

What you said about Tony Robbins asks three questions.

What are you focusing on?

What does it mean?

And what are you going to do about it?

Brings us down to the concept of what is your driving question?

What is the question that you ask yourself every single morning when you wake up?

What is the thing,

The theme of your life?

You know,

Almost like the problem of the day or the thing of,

You know,

Of,

Of Naseema's life,

Of Arjun's life of,

You know,

XYZ's life.

And that driving question is going to be the thing that basically drives you to behave or do or act in any way,

Shape or form that you,

You choose to.

So believing is belief.

And we know you and I know that belief is something that,

You know,

A belief is a thought that you've thought about for a long time,

Right?

It's a thought that you just keep on thinking over and over again.

Yes.

And therefore you can change it.

You can shift your belief.

What else can you tell us about that particular point?

So if we have,

For example,

Our listeners listening to this,

Maybe they're now being provoked into thinking,

What is my driving question?

What is the thing,

What is the first thing that comes to my mind every day in terms of what do I need to solve?

What do I,

What do I want to achieve?

How,

If this is not serving their highest good,

How do we believe differently?

So you were talking about questions earlier.

Yes.

Like when I wake up in the morning,

What question am I asking?

All right.

And this topic that we're discussing here today is about philosophies.

And we did mention that they're going to offer philosophies and let's offer philosophies in the form of like short questions that people can choose from also.

So this is also on the buffet.

All right.

So here's a great question that I know,

Known of people who've asked and they've woken up and the question they ask is,

Today,

Will I be a thermostat or will I be a thermometer?

All right.

So that's a great question.

What do you mean?

So today,

Will I be a thermostat or will I be a thermometer?

And at night before you fall asleep today,

Was I a thermostat or was I a thermometer?

All right.

So you got to ask me something about this Nasima?

Well,

I'd like for you to expand on it a little bit more.

A thermometer reacts somewhere on this wall here,

There's a thermometer and it tells you what the temperature is.

If the outside temperature is 16,

The thermometer will react and say 16.

In the summer months in Dubai,

When the outside temperature is 46,

The thermometer is going to say 46.

A thermostat on the other end sets its temperature 24 degrees click.

That's the temperature and everything around it conforms to 24 degrees because the thermostat lays the anchor saying this is the temperature today that I established for myself and for everything around me.

And so people now mirror that,

Duplicate that,

Model that,

Mimic that,

Become that because you are a thermostat rather than a thermometer.

You are the creator of that environment,

Not a reactor to the environment.

So am I a thermometer or am I a thermostat?

Great question to ask.

Here's another question in terms of philosophies.

Am I the passenger or am I the pilot?

The other way you want to say the same thing said in other ways,

Am I the guest or am I the host?

This is a great leadership question to ask because the difference between the passenger and the pilot is one word and one word only and that word is responsibility.

If anything's going right or wrong,

It's the pilot who is responsible for getting that flight from point A to point B and every passenger on it safely.

So that is what it is.

And the pilot's attitude towards life is I am responsible.

The pilot's attitude towards life is the 10 words and 20 letters.

10 words and 20 letters.

If it is to be,

It is up to me.

If it is to be,

It is up to me.

I am responsible.

If anyone can,

I can.

Yeah,

Absolutely.

And again,

The word that comes to our mind here is groundedness,

Grounding.

Sometimes people ask me,

Why do you meditate every morning?

And I meditate precisely to shift to becoming a thermostat because that activity of consciously choosing to calm the mind and go into a slow thinking mode helps me then to be more in the thermostat mode than in the thermometer mode.

Now,

There will always be times when we are thermometers,

Right?

But with training and discipline and regularity of calming our minds,

We can become more of a thermostat on a regular basis.

The question is,

Which am I more of?

Yeah,

Absolutely.

Which am I more of?

Exactly.

So the goal is not perfection.

The goal is improvement.

And you know,

51-49 is also okay because if the scales are 51-49,

You will tilt in the direction of 51.

That's all right.

We're not aiming to go from black to white.

We're aiming to get to a better shade of gray.

Love it.

All right,

This brings us to the last B,

Which is become.

So the first B was begin.

The second was beware.

The third was believe.

And the third B is become.

And become,

Become a better human being.

Become curious about life.

Become curious about people.

Become curious about your own personality.

Become curious about your own beliefs.

Become curious about your values.

Become curious about things in general.

Open your mind.

Curiosity is the precursor to creativity.

Just become curious.

Basil taught me many years ago,

He said,

When you're faced with a challenge,

You have an option.

You can either get frustrated or you can get fascinated.

He said,

I always prefer to get fascinated.

Talking about Star Trek again,

Was it Spock in Star Trek who said,

It's fascinating.

That was,

That was,

Those were two words that the Vulcan Spock used all the time.

Fascinating.

Fascinating.

He kept repeating the word fascinating because he was curious.

And for the followers of Star Trek,

The Vulcans do not have much emotion or don't have,

Or they purge their emotions,

But they do explore the intellect and they explore the intellect via curiosity.

And to him,

It's fascinating.

All right,

So let's become curious.

Let's also become compassionate.

Let's become compassionate.

Let's become understanding.

Let's become kind.

Let's move to a deeper level of understanding of what causes humans to behave the way they do.

Let's become considerate that the reason this person is being the way he or she is being is because of a series of life experiences that they have had that has brought them to this point in time.

And most likely if you had been through the same life circumstances that this person had been through,

You likely would be the same.

You don't know what's happened in this person's life.

Let's become compassionate.

Let's become considerate.

Let's become patient.

Let's realize that there is a timing for things to unfold.

Let's become patient with people.

Let's become patient with institutions,

With organizations,

With government,

With systems,

Because some things need to happen in a particular way and you only realize the value of the timing of things after things have transpired,

After the events have transpired.

Let's really become patient.

And here with patience,

I like to also exemplify this a little bit further by saying let's give up our insistence that things need to happen on our schedule only.

Let it happen on a schedule,

Not on our schedule.

Let's become patient.

Let's also become persistent.

Yeah.

And persistence doesn't necessarily have to entail frustration.

You can be happy and persistent at the same time.

It's entirely possible.

You can be joyful and joyfully persistent.

How's that for a blended emotional state from NLP.

So what's your preferred state?

Joyful persistence.

You know the swan on a lake.

If you see a swan on a lake,

It looks regal,

It looks calm,

It holds its beak up and it's just so suave and classy and elegant and you say wow,

But underneath the water it's paddling away like crazy,

Like crazy.

That's beautiful.

That's elegant persistence.

That's joyful persistence.

And that's just an amazing state to live,

To model to others as well and particularly if you're a parent.

Let's also become better instead of bitter.

Better instead of bitter.

Bitter.

Yeah.

Because at every stage in life when you are faced with aggression,

Offence,

Misfortune,

You have the choice in that moment to become better or to become bitter.

Yes,

For sure.

And again,

It's a choice.

We have choice.

True.

You absolutely have choice.

That's your fork in the road.

That's your free will at that point in time to become whatever you want to become and in that becoming because when you become,

When you be,

That's when you become better,

You do better.

When you do better,

You have better.

So it's the be,

Do,

Have,

Not the have,

Do,

Be,

Right?

So things that we want to have,

Money,

Travel,

Cars,

Homes,

Relationships,

Health comes from the doing.

But the energy that fuels the doing is the being and the being is essentially the becoming and the kind of person you've become is the kind of person that you will be.

So the person that you see is the person you will be,

Right?

So that's the become.

It's very interesting.

It's just reminded me of how children are,

You know,

When you've said become fascinated.

Children,

When you observe them,

They're always in awe.

They're always fascinated.

They're also joyfully persistent.

You know,

Kids,

If they're playing a game or they're building something,

They don't just give up.

We give up quicker and faster than they do.

And it's the fascination and it's the belief that no matter what happens,

I'll do it that keeps them in that state and becoming is almost going back to basics and becoming that again in that state of awe.

Excellent.

Thank you so much for this beautiful explanation.

And the challenges thing,

I must close with this as well,

Because this had a great impact on me when I heard it a few years ago when I was going through a serious challenge and I read this and this became a philosophy with the become aspect of things.

And it said,

If someone's trying to bury you,

If someone's trying to bury you,

Become a seed.

How interesting.

How interesting is that?

Yeah.

Become a seed.

Wow.

How powerful is that?

Just to think of that.

So all of a sudden it doesn't matter that you're being buried.

In fact,

It's to your advantage that you're being buried because that's what's going to bring out the best in you.

A seed needs to be buried.

Yes.

You can become anything regardless of the external circumstances.

Definitely.

Amazing.

Thank you again so much Arjun for today's episode and we look forward to the next one.

Have a great day everyone.

Awesome.

Thank you.

See you then.
