The purpose of this meditation is to bring deep relaxation,

Before we begin,
Please be aware that we are walking with the open flame.
Ensure that the candle is securely placed on a stable surface,
Away from flammable objects and out of the reach of children or pets.
Sit comfortably and let's begin.
We'll start with gratitude for this peaceful moment.
As you gaze at the candle's flame,
Let go of worries and find your inner strength in the gentle glow.
Set up a quiet,
Dimly lit room with a comfortable chair or cushion.
Place a lit candle at eye level on the table or surface in front of you.
Sit in a comfortable and upright position.
Begin with gratitude.
I am grateful for this moment of peace and self-discovery.
Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths to relax.
Inhale deeply through your nose and exhale slowly through your mouth.
Let go of any tension in your body with each breath out.
Open your eyes and focus your gaze on the flame of the candle.
Keep your gaze soft and unfocused,
Maintaining a gentle,
Steady gaze.
Pay attention to your breath as you continue to inhale and exhale naturally.
Feel the sensation of the breath as it enters and leaves your body.
As you gaze at the candle flame,
Observe it closely.
Notice the colors,
The movement of the flame,
And any patterns or changes.
Embrace the light within.
As I focus on this flame,
I connect with the light within me.
I am a source of strength and wisdom.
If your mind starts to wander or if you become aware of other thoughts,
Acknowledge them without judgment,
Then gently return your focus to the candle flame.
Let go of worries.
I release my worries and concerns into the candle's flame.
It burns away my anxieties,
Leaving me with clarity.
Allow yourself to sink deeper into a state of inner peace and relaxation.
Let the candle and your breath be your focal points.
Find strength and stillness.
In this moment of calm,
I find my inner strength.
Stillness is my power.
Breathe in positivity.
I breathe in positivity.
Calmness can win you all.
As I exhale,
I release any negativity or tension.
