Today we journey through five cosmic cycles that quietly shape our spiritual evolution every single day — from the breath within us to the grand rhythms of the moon and the timeless portals of Sivarātri. When we recognize and align with these cycles, awakening stops feeling distant or abstract — it becomes a living, embodied experience. The supreme desire within each of us is liberation — freedom. True freedom comes when we step beyond the cycles and merge into the One that encompasses all cycles.

Namaste and radiant greetings divine beings.

This is Nandiji welcoming you to the sacred space of reflection and empowerment.

Today we journey through the five cosmic cycles that quietly shapes our spiritual evolution every single day from the breath within us to the grand rhythms of the moon and the timeless portals of Sivarathri.

When we recognize and align with these cycles,

Awakening stops feeling distant or abstract.

It becomes a living embodied experience.

The supreme desire within each of us is liberation,

Freedom.

True freedom comes when we step beyond the circles and merge into the oneness.

The first is breath,

The gateway to our balance.

Breath is a bridge between the body,

Mind and spirit.

Yogis observe that in a 24-hour day,

The dominant nostril naturally switches about five times.

Right nostril active means metabolism is on the rise.

Fire of action awakens,

Inspiration flows.

The left nostril active,

The body invites rest,

Reflection and sometimes heaviness or sadness.

Practice through pranayama,

Bring the left and the right breath together in one flow.

Arrive at a single point where there is the primordial harmony and absolute tranquility.

The left nostril breath awakens the right brain,

Lunar,

Intuitive and restful.

The right nostril breath awakens the left brain,

Solar,

Logical and active.

Balancing both awakens our innate genius and elevates us to the state of deep harmony.

Exercise,

Press the big toes that helps flip the breath channel.

Press the left big toe gently into earth,

Inhale from the root upwards and spiral the breath up to the crown and hold the breath.

Press the right big toe and exhale above the crown.

Reverse,

Press the right big toe and inhale from the roots.

Press the left big toe and exhale from the crown.

Explore until you feel the breath balancing the quiet zero point.

Beyond breath is the breath beyond breath where we are centered in a point zero.

The second is the mind with the tides of joy and sorrow as a cycle.

The mind moves in subtle waves,

Sometimes joyful,

Sometimes sad,

Independent of outer events.

When sadness arrives,

Treat it as a doorway inward.

Close your eyes,

Bring awareness to the heart or between the eyebrows and simply witness beneath sorrow is the pure stillness,

The light of I am.

When happiness comes,

Remember gratitude.

Gratitude defines joy into stable bliss,

Free from clinging or fear of loss.

Practice.

Keep a simple daily gratitude note.

One line is enough.

In sadness,

Breathe into the heart.

Ask softly,

Who am I?

Trace the feeling back to the pure I am.

This shifts you from the restless mind into the euphoria that self born.

The wisdom,

Joy and sorrow aren't opposites.

Both the ways leading to the same ocean of consciousness.

For a moment,

Be the I am of consciousness.

Say to yourself,

I am consciousness.

The third is the 24 hour cycle of time.

Breaking time.

Step into timelessness.

We live tied to the day and night,

Working,

Rest,

Working,

Resting,

Sleeping.

But higher consciousness means touching the timelessness.

Practice.

Gift yourself 11 minutes to start every day.

Ideally,

At dawn or dusk,

Light a candle or lamp.

Sit quietly,

Spine tall.

Watch the breath.

Repeat a mantra.

Feel the body dissolve into stillness.

Over time,

You'll slip beyond the ticking of minutes into the eternal now.

Wisdom entering timelessness daily loosens fear,

Anxiety,

Even the sense of age.

You live beyond the clock and calendar.

As timelessness,

We are beyond time while defining time as realities.

The fourth,

The moon and its cycles.

The moon mirror mirrors the mind.

New moon,

Ego and mental chatter dissolve.

Time for deep meditation,

Self inquiry and fresh intention.

Full moon,

Mind expands and shines.

Perfect for creativity,

Compassion and manifesting heart's intent.

Practice.

On new moons,

Light a simple lamp and chant softly Om Namah Shivaya or Om Shakti Om.

Ask for inner clarity and dissolution while being the spirit,

Having the human experience.

On full moons,

Write blessings,

Give thanks,

Radiate love,

Activate the creative part of the mantra.

The mantra that enables the awake state of mind to be the lotus.

The sight mantra Om Namo Lakshmi Narayanaya Namo Namah.

Know that at the awake state of mind,

Our consciousness is expanded and we receive all the grace of the aligned full moon moments.

Wisdom flowing with the lunar energy cleanses and expands the psyche,

Aligning us with cosmic intelligence and limitless consciousness.

The fifth cycle is Sivarathri and Mahasivarathri portals to the infinite.

Each lunar month ends with Sivarathri,

A night of awakening.

Once a year,

Mahasivarathri magnifies this power immensely.

Practice.

On monthly Sivarathri,

Keep the night inward,

Light a lamp,

Chant Om Namah Shivaya,

Eat lightly or fast.

Go deeper within and know ourselves as the limitless eternal being.

On Mahasivarathri,

The world yogi day,

Start your inner journey at the time of the full moon and descend into being the spirit through the 14 days into the new moon.

Go through deep within each year.

As a guide to each of us through Mahasivarathri,

I conduct the teachings free of cost to all around the world for us to journey from the mind to the mind,

Beyond the mind,

To transform a human to being the yogi,

The wisdom.

These sacred nights is a thin veil between the human and the yogi.

When a finite self meets the infinite self,

We are the supreme yogi.

Beloved ones,

These five cosmic cycles,

Breath,

Mind,

Daily time,

Moon and Sivarathri are not mystical ideas.

They are living keys.

Live with them gently.

Balance your breath.

Explore the tides of the moon.

Gift yourself timelessness.

Flow with the moon on a Sivarathri.

Each cycle lifts you naturally towards awakening.

May your breath be balanced.

May your mind be luminous.

May our journey be joyful.

May we be the whole that shines as the radiant sun that empowers all to illumination.
