We are mostly water. This practice will remind you of the healing power of water and how to surrender, be flexible, self-heal, and rejuvenate your physical and emotional energies. Lie down for a better connection, or sit in a meditation pose. Also wonderful before bedtime or early morning. Happiness to all! Nanda Yogini - Fernanda Cano.

As you sit,

You can feel the sound of the bell.

You can feel the sound of the bell.

You can feel the sound of the bell.

As you sit in your meditative pose,

Maybe with your feet grounding equally on the floor,

Belonging to the chair or cushion,

Maybe crossing the legs,

Closing the eyes as you lower the gaze to a point in front of you,

Lifting the crown,

Softening shoulders,

Giving purpose to your hands.

Today I will have my palms facing up in openness,

In a gesture of embracing whatever comes in life,

Whatever comes to the mind,

Whatever thought comes,

Will be embraced and not stimulated.

And will be set free again to go back into the vastness of the universe in the mind.

The fingers are fully relaxed.

The jaw softening.

The tongue relaxes in the mouth.

The tongue that serves us so much.

It's just resting in silence now.

And the quietude of the physical body.

It's a great moment to embrace the breath.

We notice the breath moving kindly,

Bringing freshness,

Becoming a brook,

Easily and naturally becoming a stream,

Where you rest your awareness,

Where you are free.

You sit yourself in your meditative pose,

In the eyes of your mind,

With your palms facing up,

Ready to receive from your awareness.

And right in front of you,

You'll have the clarity of a water brook.

The breath and nose,

Its own rhythm.

It knows how to find the way.

The same way your brook offers constancy,

Refreshing your energy with its calming movements.

You notice the pebbles in the water,

And how they surrender to the water movements,

Without trying to hold the water,

Just allowing the water to be free and to pass,

To move,

Wisely observing.

And you as a meditator do the same now,

Wisely observing.

Rest your consciousness on the pebbles.

The stability,

The stability of observing and being.

You notice the clarity of the water.

Reflecting the image of trees above,

Even clouds in the sky.

The clarity of your mind,

Surrendering to the movements of your breathing.

The clarity of your mind,

Surrendering to the movements of your breathing.

Sometimes a leaf,

A flower or petals,

Float and give themselves freely to be carried by the water.

As you observe that you let go of anything that is no longer serving you.

No more attachment,

Allowing the thoughts that are not very useful anymore to move free through the water and find their way.

And you stay with this ability of meditation,

Observing the movements of the water,

The movements of life.

Deliver some more fresh also her You notice the moss embracing some of the rocks around your stream.

Vivid green reminding you of the beauty that patience brings to life.

Whatever the stream of your mind passes calmly through.

It brings an experience of refreshment,

Presence,

Embracing life with an open heart.

The same way water can transform deserts into life.

The sunlight enters the water easily.

Creating micro rainbows.

An invitation to the beauty of life although we are embraced by duality.

There is so much beauty.

There is so much to enjoy.

There is so much bliss in being alive right now with the stream of your mind.

There is so much beauty in being alive right now with the stream of your mind.

You notice these small creatures come to drink from the freshness of the water.

Birds,

Butterflies.

They approach because of the beauty and freshness.

The same way your heart positioned in meditation.

Attractors,

The most beautiful experiences to your life now.

And eases the pain as you go through different teachings through life.

Apologies!

The water is never the same as the thoughts are never the same.

Because you are new.

The water that has just passed finds its own way.

The same way the thoughts find their own way.

The new and fresh ones always find you.

Although you are just meditating right in front of your stream you feel it is embracing you profoundly as if it is running through your inner universe and even your physical body.

The freshness from the water on your skin.

And your breath.

Soothing the heart.

Refreshing the mind.

Calming the brainwaves.

Expanding the consciousness.

As right now you are so present that absolutely anything can be invited through the power of your mind.

Refreshing the mind.

The simple and powerful beauty of your stream becomes the simple and powerful beauty of your mind.

And through some fresh inhalations through nostrils and long exhalations through the mouth.

You start absorbing from it.

Dissolving it in yourself where it came from.

Where it belongs to.

Allowing you to embrace the silence of your mind again.

Where you are one with your universe.

Sending gratitude to the experiences your mind generously offers.

Images.

Memories.

Colors.

Stories.

Gifts of presence.

Breathing through nostrils again and observing the body.

Maybe flipping the palms facing down to feel the touch against your knees or thighs or legs.

Adding some soft movements to your spine.

Almost as water itself.

Blinking the eyes open whenever you are ready.

Reconnecting to your environment.

Your breath.

Your body.
