Hi,

I'm Nancy Princeda and I'd like to offer you a Wonderful meditation tool that you can use to release pain and inflammation in any area of your body So let us begin first allow yourself to find a comfortable position and your feet where your feet can be either in a Cross leg position or that you can have your feet gently placed on the ground and your hands relaxed in your lap and I want you to now gently take a breath and relax as you exhale And just allow yourself to Take a moment to gently close your eyes And in this relaxed state Just take a moment to go into your mind and to clear your minds take a deep breath Bringing your attention into your mind and as you exhale I want you to take all of your thoughts all of your concerns All of your appointments and place them in a beautiful box And take that box and consciously place that box on a shelf and let it go So now just notice how it feels to have your mind Open and receptive and to allow yourself to be totally focused in the here and the now With your feet gently placed on the ground in your hands relaxed in your lap So now taking another deep breath I want you to locate someplace in your body that needs attention to release pain or inflammation So if you can't find a place In your body then perhaps it would be appropriate to think in the last 72 hours You might have had a place where maybe you had a White headache or maybe you had a migraine headache in the last 72 hours So that might that would be another area that you can focus on and then notice and locate where that pain Was so with headaches they could be around your temples.

They could be in the center of your body They could be deep inside your brain.

They could be located at the very back of your skull There's lots of places so you're going to find one specific location And also if you have many areas of pain because we have an epidemic of chronic pain and Imbalances that are in part of our society that many people are living with chronic pain So if there's more than one place we're going to a specific place We're going to only focus on one area that has pain and inflammation in your body So using that Guidance find that specific place in your body that you are going to choose to focus on today to release pain and inflammation Take another deep breath in and it's always helpful to keep your eyes gently closed lightly closed When you're doing this process So For the purposes of My presentation today i'm going to focus my attention on this area of my right leg I'm going to place my hand there actually to locate that spot So you might also find that spot within your Physical body or around your head and place your hand gently there if it's comfortable for you You don't have to but if it is that's a good way to Relaxed hand place gently in this location So you've now located it.

I want you to make a note of that And now you can again just relax because we're going to focus on our breath So take a deep breath in and relax And now you can again just relax because we're going to focus on our breath.

So take a deep breath in and i'm going to count To four as we breathe in Using uh your nostrils as the area that you're going to bring the breath in Two Three four and then gently take a moment to pause and then exhale and as you exhale You're going to also do it to the count of four one two three four i'm going to continue taking a breath in two three four gently Take a moment to pause and then exhale two three four And one more time inhalation two three four pause And then exhale two three four and now without counting just Blinding that rhythm Take a deep breath in And pause And then gently exhale So now I want you to once again bring your attention to that area that you're going to release pain and inflammation in your body And I want you to think Of a color that might be very helpful and it'll pop into your head And if not,

We'll use the color green if you don't see a color.

It's fine then use the color green So i'm going to bring that Color to the area.

So once again,

You can place your hands in this area and we're just going to using our breath Bring the color to that area.

So again take a deep breath in And then pause and then gently exhale I'm going to do that one more time.

Take a breath in And then gently pause And slowly exhale you've been now saturated that area with encapsulating the pain and the inflammation And with that color,

Okay So now I want you to just again relax And remember a time In your life when you were pain free So just notice what picture or what thought comes to your mind when you were pain free You could have been taking a beautiful walk in nature and You are Striding along or even maybe gently jogging and you felt wonderful and you were pain free and this area was also pain free So I want you to locate yourself In time and space Remembering Exactly where you were when you were experiencing this pain free moment.

So just find a moment to locate that picture that remembrance And see yourself there in your imagination And I want you to look around so let's say you were taking a walk in a beautiful wooded area I want you to just take a moment locating yourself in this beautiful space could have been somewhere up in the mountains or at the seashore So i'm going to just use the mountains as an example And there was beautiful pine trees around you and they smelled Wonderful and piney and the air was crisp and the sky was deep blue with white puffy clouds so you've Imagined yourself you've remembered The beautiful setting and how you felt when you were pain free And just take a deep breath into that feeling now I know that you're in the now Now experiencing this feeling of being pain free And that you can access it with ease and grace So now let's use this beautiful tool and add it to the color and the breath that we've accessed in this meditation To release pain and inflammation Right here and now So now we're going to take that feeling That pain free feeling i'm going to take a deep breath And breathe it into the area that is now encapsulated with your color I suggest a color is green if any other color you see is fine.

It could be purple gold any color that works for you Encapsulating that area and now we're infusing it with that feeling of being pain free So as we breathe in now for the next five breaths using our tempo Of the gentle the deep inhalation the gentle pause and then the exhalation we're going to release with each breath Any pain or inflammation from this area by focusing on our feeling of pain free Energy and also our color and our breath as a tool.

So now let's begin take a deep breath in And pause And as you exhale feel Any inflammation or pain leaving this area and being infused with a pain free feeling and a healing color So we're going to do this again take another deep breath in Pause and as you exhale it's releasing any inflammation or pain And one last time let's take another breath in And gently pause And now exhale And now as we continue with two more breaths I want you to just allow yourself if you get any Insights as to something else that you might be able to do maybe get a massage or take a beautiful Warm bath or anything of that nature you can allow that thought or that support to come in as we take our last two breaths Yes,

I'm listening to this knowing this this intuition this area is giving you information So I can be totally pain free And pause and exhale and release And one last time take another deep breath in And pause and as you exhale Intend that all pain and inflammation is now released from this area replaced with that feeling of being pain free And the healing color and all the support That you might have received any other insights that you're going to follow through on So now gently release your hand from that area And take another deep breath of relaxation and as you exhale release Your energy just to allow yourself to be in a state of deep relaxation and peace and honoring yourself And so in the coming days Make a promise to yourself that you will for the next week Take five deep breaths every day Utilizing this tool knowing that all the aspects and that all the parts of it are now in place So all you'll need to do is focus on your breath.

You'll see your color and you'll remember your feeling And you'll stay in this location For one week if not longer if you're guided to stay longer,

Then that's fine And you'll notice and make notes what has shifted in that week So now gently bring your attention back here in the now Feeling your feet gently placed on the ground or wiggling your toes and gently moving your fingers And taking a deep breath and feeling a sense of connectedness and peace and gratitude to yourself For taking the time to create this experience of being pain free Gently focused on your breath Come back to the here in the now and open your eyes So So Um Um

Excellent guided journey. Traffic noises in the background were a little distracting, but I still very much enjoyed it.

Fantastic on so many levels - lots of great techniques that I'll certainly be revisiting again. Much appreciated! One slight suggestion: a version without the wind instrument for those who have headaches as that might be a bit uncomfortable and counterproductive, particularly if listening with headphones. But otherwise, thank you!
