Hello everyone and thank you for joining me for the teacup wisdom for the month of March.

So I've been doing these little teacup wisdoms on insight timer for a little while.

Before this I used to write for a magazine where I do a teacup reading for each month and it was kind of the monthly wisdom.

Well I'm excited about what came out for March because I don't know if I hijacked it but it's all stuff that I needed to learn.

So the first image is a really great image of like a vacuum cleaner and a head beside it.

And basically what the message is is clean out whatever doesn't serve you.

Whatever ideas you have,

The limiting beliefs you're carrying,

Any self-sabotage,

And turn all that negative self-talk into like just get rid of it.

It's time to spring clean out your head.

What ideas are no longer serving you?

We all carry limiting beliefs.

I know for myself you know I was very different from my family.

My family was very type A.

I was always a little bit of the artsy wingnut.

I grew up believing I made bad judgments and that I was selfish.

And so as a result I found like very controlling people that I tended to martyr myself with because then I couldn't be selfish and I couldn't have bad judgments because they were making all the judgments for me.

So this is a time to clear out what is your limiting beliefs.

What is the negative self-talk?

When you think about negative self-talk,

Who does it belong to?

Whose voice is it?

Is it a societal voice?

Is it a parental voice?

Is it a relationship voice?

But all those negative words that you say to ourselves,

That we say to ourselves,

Where is that coming from?

And let's just clean it out.

It's time for some spring cleaning.

Clean out all the negative thoughts,

Ideas,

Opinions,

Judgments,

Resentments,

Everything that is no longer serving you.

We're going to clean out our heads.

The next little image is a little tree with a person and it's kind of near the bottom of the cup.

The top of the cup is always sort of our higher self,

Our higher purpose,

Where we're going.

Sometimes guides or influences can show up like that.

Ancestors can show up at the top of the cup.

Middle of the cup is usually sort of the what's going on,

The day-to-day,

The business,

The busyness of what's going on.

And the bottom of the cup are kind of our core issues.

Well this little tree is going from the bottom of the cup to about the middle of the cup and there's a person just underneath it.

And what it is telling us is to stop and reflect and take note that we are different.

We are different people than we were six months ago.

We are different people than we were a year ago.

We are different people than we were five years ago and that we are constantly evolving and growing.

Our roots,

Our experiences,

Where we come from,

How we connect is growing as well as what we put out in the world.

Our thoughts,

Our ideas,

Our actions,

Those are all growing and changing as we evolve.

And so we're being asked for the month of March just to stop and take stock and recognize,

Take a pause,

Take a moment,

Sit under a tree and just stop and think about how you've grown,

How you've changed,

How you've evolved in the last while.

The next image is a person that's sort of leaping across some boulders or some things and they're leaping and they're chasing a bird and it's this like free spirited,

Lovely exploration going on.

And what I'm hearing with this one is free yourself,

Elevate yourself from your stuff,

From your thoughts.

We are all products of our experiences.

We all come to this point in time with a series of experiences,

Both positive and negative,

And that is what shapes who we are as well as our soul journey.

We've come here with a mission,

With a purpose,

And our souls have even had a journey where we've been learning and evolving and growing.

So we come,

We arrive at this moment with a lot of stuff behind us and what we're being asked to do for the month of March is elevate ourselves out of our stuff,

Chase that bird,

Those lofty thoughts,

That freedom from our stuff.

It doesn't mean we can take away the stuff,

We can't minimize it,

Oh yeah,

That didn't really happen or it's not that bad.

It's not saying that,

It's saying recognizing like yes,

We're all a product of our stuff.

However,

It's time to elevate out of that stuff.

You are not your trauma,

You are not your experiences,

You are a product of your experiences,

But your experiences are both positive,

Negative,

And on a soul timeline,

They have like immeasurable aspects to them.

So it's time for the month of March just to elevate your thoughts out of those things.

Try to celebrate what's going on in the moment around you and look up,

Look up,

Chase the present,

The birds,

Chase the present,

Don't get bogged down by what was in the past.

And just beside this image is like a being and it looks like a very wise sort of Gaia,

Mother Earth sort of crone type figure.

And it's just reminding us that we are not alone on this journey,

That no matter what we've gone through,

No matter what's going on,

We are not alone on this journey.

You are loved and we are guided.

And even if things don't make sense,

You are loved and we are guided.

The next image,

The last image,

I absolutely love this image is a work desk with someone kind of meditating beside it.

And what it is,

It's about remembering to find the extraordinary in the ordinary.

And this is a big theme for me lately in that,

You know,

With social media,

With all the things that surround us,

We are constantly being shown the top of the top.

It's everybody's best days and or their worst days.

So it's the top of the top or the bottom of the bottom.

And we're being inundated by this extraordinary on either end.

And it's like average has disappeared.

Ordinary has disappeared.

It's like average and ordinary all of a sudden haven't become,

They're not important anymore.

And what I'm hearing this month is to celebrate the extraordinary in the ordinary.

So in your day to day life,

The little tasks you accomplish or the little differences you make,

Or maybe you smiled at someone on the way to work or the little things that you do on a day to day,

Let's just elevate those ordinary moments to extraordinary status.

And I hope you have an extraordinary month of March and stay tuned for the month of April.
