Hello everyone and welcome to the teacup wisdom for the month of December.
Each month I do a little tea leave reading for the collective consciousness as to what is some of the wisdom we need for the month coming up.
So I did a little teacup for the month of December and here's the wisdom that I have.
If you want to see the images you can go on to my link in my bio and check out my website I have the images for each month's reading there but even if you're just listening you can imagine the picture.
I'll try and paint the picture of the image and the wisdom is still what is most important so thank you for joining me.
So when you're doing it well when I'm doing a tea leaf reading the bottom of the cup is usually sort of the core deeper issues kind of on a soul level.
The middle of the cup is kind of what's happening right now currently and then the top of the cup is kind of the higher self where we're where we're going sometimes guides and messages come through there.
So I'm going to start at the top of the cup for the month of December and at the top of the cup is this really beautiful little heart.
I actually in the photo had to take a take my fingers behind it so that you could see that the heart is actually reaching over the the teacup so it's actually spilling over the teacup and what that is asking us to do is to be aware of the love and I'm not talking just the romantic love I'm talking big picture love.
The idea of reciprocity,
The give and take of love that as we recognize and celebrate the genuine interconnectedness and love that's around us we will be nourishing our own souls and so recognize that we are loved that we are love and it is our job to love and to create a lightness of being.
Also right beside this little heart that's spilling over the cup is a little it's like a little bird sitting in a nest or a little person and it's that idea of creating sanctuary.
So for your soul's health for your soul's well-being in the month of December create some sanctuary some safe space where you can connect to that big picture love to that divine source love to self love so create yourself some sanctuary that's connected to that to that love carve out some space where you feel loved and protected and safe and that's also from you know your own thoughts or feelings of unworthiness or the busyness of the season or whatever it is but carve out that space for you to genuinely sit in a place of love and peace and contentment.
In the middle of the teacup we have a little another little heart which is interesting and beside it it's like a dumbbell like for working out and what I'm hearing is that right now for the month of December we need to actually practice flexing our heart muscle practice showing love practice showing compassion maybe in times or areas that you don't normally want to show compassion maybe this is the time to do so but also what I'm hearing is to recognize moments of joy so taking the actual practice of recognizing moments of joy so what I try to build into my practice is taking snapshots of joyful moments so maybe it's a moment where you know I've gone for a walk and there's a beautiful sunset and I'll take a moment and actually snapshot that in my brain and recognize this is a moment that I feel really good that I'm seeing something beautiful that I feel good and the more that we practice and snapshot those little moments of joy those little tidbits of pleasure and joy that we're given as we log them and recognize them and store them away in our brain we actually practice seeing them because the more we sort of recognize it the more we end up creating a bank of these beautiful joyful moments and memories so it's asking you to flex your heart muscle a little bit over the month of December and really capture those little snapshots and moments of joy so that we can start becoming more readily available to those moments as they present ourselves and stretching our heart muscle either for compassion for others or compassion for ourselves I'm hearing that we're not nearly compassionate with ourselves enough we we we judge ourselves we have you know am I enough am I doing enough am I being enough am I you know and so really stretch those heart muscles in terms of self-love and compassion for the month of December and right beside that image there's a little blob with a mushroom growing out of it and what I'm hearing is that sometimes out of even the worst situations you know this this you know decay and whatnot can grow beautiful things and so you know out of poop grows mushrooms and so remind yourself that if things are difficult or painful or challenging that sometimes out of the worst situations can grow new life and beautiful things so be aware of the opportunities to change some of the the difficult situations into some new life some growth and some beautiful things I hope you all have a fantastic December everybody
