There's a popular saying that you are known by the company you keep.
There's another saying that goes,
You are the average of the people you spend the most time with.
What is true is that we are undoubtedly influenced by the company that we keep,
By the goings on in our environment,
And by the information and media that we consume.
We do tend to inherit the beliefs of the people and influences with whom we spend the most time.
Who we're around and what we consume really does matter.
Their philosophies become part of our powerful subconscious mind.
In fact,
Research in the field of psychology shows that the ways in which we function are influenced largely by our subconscious minds that have been programmed by others as well as external factors.
This starts very early on in life.
Early experiences shape our brains and influence our lives.
It continues over time and into adulthood where we can find ourselves with beliefs and behaviors that do not serve us,
That do not allow us to live full,
Abundant,
Happy lives.
The great news is that we have the amazing ability to change past conditioning.
We can,
If you like,
Rewire our brains for a better life.
We can achieve this by releasing negativity,
Interacting with like-minded,
Positive,
Conscious people,
Enjoying inspirational uplifting sights and sounds,
And engaging in positive,
Healthy activities.
In this way,
We can develop new,
Positive ways of living and begin to clear the subconscious mind of all that does not serve us.
So settle down and make yourself really comfortable.

Close your eyes and take a few moments to notice the precious breath as it enters and leaves your body.
How wonderful is it that after all you've been through and after everything that you've experienced,

And it is very important that you start to think about the people,
Places and influences that really uplift you,
Give you hope,
Make you feel alive and energised.
You're going to build your circle,
Your team.
So take a few moments now to think of six people,
Places and influences that make you feel good,
That make you feel really at ease,
Where you can really be yourself,
That make you feel inspired,
Hopeful,
Safe and loved.
The people could be friends or family,
They could be people that you know of or people that you follow.
The places might be your favourite place in nature,
Might be the home of someone who makes you feel loved or a place of cultural or spiritual inspiration.
The influences might be music,
Books,
Podcasts or social networks that inspire and uplift you.
The most important thing is that you think of six positive influences,
Six things that really enrich your life and make you feel really good about yourself.
So I'll give you some time,
A few moments to focus on this now.

Everything that forms your circle of upliftment in mind,
I now want you to think about how to increase their presence in your life.
In order to be happier,
To programme your brain for creativity,
Abundance and joy,
You need to maximise these influences in your life.
So take a few moments now to think about how you can maximise the positive,
Uplifting influences that you have identified.
How can you engage with this circle more regularly and how can they play a greater role in your life?
Brilliant.
It is important that you do this work consistently and when you find yourself going off track,
When you find negative people and influences draining your energy and impacting your thoughts and behaviours,
You can bring back your circle of upliftment,
Bring it to mind.
Just doing this will have a positive effect,
But by consciously placing an intention to engage with your circle over time,
The magic will happen and I promise you,
You will feel better,
Happier and more inspired in ways you never thought were possible.

How can you visit these places that inspire you?
How can you visit the places that make you feel peaceful or be exposed to them,
Maybe you fight photos,
Videos more often?
And how can you maximise the influences of uplifting music,
