If you're listening today,

You have decided that this is your time.

You have chosen to invest a few moments to reconnect,

Realign,

And reclaim the energy that belongs to you.

If you've been caught in a cycle of worry,

Self-doubt,

Or limitation,

Today's meditation is the exploration of your ability to shift from powerlessness to empowerment.

We are going to let go of what no longer serves you,

And shift your mindset towards what is possible,

Your movement towards a state of confidence,

Clarity,

And choice.

Let's begin your practice.

Close your eyes,

And take a long deep breath in,

And exhale slowly.

Let yourself settle into the present moment,

And with each breath begin to soften,

Allowing the shoulders to fall,

And the jaw release,

Letting the whole body settle into this space.

Take another deep breath in,

And let it go.

Now,

Bring forth a recent worry or concern that has been consuming a lot of space or energy for you,

And picture this recent worry as a soapy bubble hovering in front of you.

This bubble is large and glossy,

And floating in your vision,

Making it hard to see.

Having time of worry is part of life,

And it's okay,

You're human.

Worry happens,

But it can change when we shift our energy.

Now,

Imagine that bubble in front of you,

And I invite you to draw in a slow deep breath,

And as you exhale,

With calm and steady breath,

Reach out and pop that bubble.

Did it disintegrate in front of your eyes?

No drama,

No fight,

Just gone.

Without the bubble blocking you,

Is there some new breathing space?

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

How does the new space feel?

You are not your worry.

You are the one who lets it go.

I invite you now to take a deep breath,

And on your own time let that breath go in whatever way serves your mind and body best.

With this new space,

I can change this.

I can figure it out.

And if a new bubble is forming,

I can take a deep breath in,

And I can direct my energy,

I can reach out and disrupt the surface,

I can see it dissolve,

And I can do it again,

And again.

Leaving space to new possibilities of I can try,

I can learn,

And most importantly,

I can choose.

Choose to move around barriers,

Choose to direct energy into different direction,

And with every breath,

A new sense of freedom.

No longer stuck,

No longer shrinking.

There is space to move forward,

Shifting from fear to faith,

From lack to limitless.

Uniting mind and body with new possibilities of I am in motion,

I choose my energy,

I choose to shift,

Breathe that in,

Hold it close,

And let the new feeling settle into your body.

As we come to the close of your practice,

I invite you to gently bring your awareness back to this moment.

Bring some gentle movement back into the body,

Wiggle your fingers and toes,

And take a final deep breath in,

And exhale completely.

Remember,

Anytime your thoughts grow heavy,

Or your energy feels stuck,

You can return here.

You can pop the bubble,

You can shift the story.

The choice is yours.

You are free to choose,

And that freedom is your power.

Thank you for being here,

And come back anytime you need to reconnect to your energy to open the world of possibilities.

I feel better after listening to this meditation . The imagery of popping the bubble is something I will carry with me . I also liked how the music became more lively after the bubble popped
