A happy, stable relationship is connected to better mental health, lower levels of stress, and less depression. That’s the good news and I wish nothing but healthy relationships for you all. However, this is not the case in many instances. A toxic relationship is one that makes you feel unsupported, misunderstood, demeaned, or attacked. On a basic level, any relationship that makes you feel worse rather than better can become toxic over time.

Let's begin with a deep breath in,

Taking any posture that feels good.

Taking your time to relax the body.

Breathing in.

Breathing out.

Your awareness you bring up your relationship.

Imagining that relationship in front of you.

Breathing in your energy.

Opening the lower chakra.

Staying with that relationship in front of you.

Anything from the root to the same chakra.

Maybe noticing how that relationship has affected you.

Be aware of anything that needs releasing.

Breathing out.

Notice how it relaxes.

Not seeing if there's a bone or a body.

See if there's a way of creating space.

Creating connection.

Creating boundaries through expansion.

Not seeing if there was a push or a pull.

Deciding today to dissolve that.

Beginning to lean backwards or forwards until you are centered.

As you expand you notice you're connected.

Responsible for your feelings.

Responsible for the way you react.

Responsible for your life.

Responsible for your growth.

Dissolving the push or the pull.

Breathing.

As you move to open the heart chakra.

Emotions that arise.

Be released.

Forgiveness can arise.

Carry you forward.

Resentments are no longer needed.

Your power and your heart are yours.

As you breathe in and breathe out.

You bring your awareness to throat chakra.

You notice the truth and speak your truth.

From deep intuition on when to speak and what to speak.

Based on your responsibility.

Not on blame.

As you breathe in and breathe out.

You build empowerment.

You know you're strong.

You know you can communicate.

Stay expanded.

Stay connected.

You begin to love that relationship.

What it taught you.

What it's still teaching you.

Maybe how much is ahead of you.

Breathing in.

Breathing out.

And as you move to third eye.

You see this relationship.

What's true.

You see this person.

For their truth.

You stay with clarity.

Stay expanded.

As you breathe up into crown chakra.

You're open to information.

Around what needs to be done.

How you need to make change.

Anything you need to speak up about.

Ways you want to build.

Ways you want to build love and connection.

You stay with that feeling.

And as the music fades.

Taking as long as you like.

Maybe journaling.

Reflecting.

Staying centered.

Staying empowered.

Staying open.

Allowing the healing.
