In the name of God,

The most compassionate,

The all merciful,

The one to whom we will return.

Close your eyes.

Sit up straight.

Take a deep breath in through your nose.

Hold it in your belly and exhale slowly out of your mouth.

Again in through your nose.

This time really slowly for five.

Hold it for five.

And exhale slowly for five.

Again in through your nose for five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Hold it for five.

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

And exhale for five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

One last time.

In for five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Hold it for five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Exhale through your mouth for five,

Four,

Three,

Two,

One.

Become aware of the space surrounding your body.

Feel it.

Feel the presence of God all around you.

And know it in your heart that He loves you so much.

He's giving you life.

And when your will matches His will,

He responds.

Allow His light to move in you.

You will see evidence in your life as a result of your efforts to be greater than your environment,

To be greater than the conditions in your life,

To be greater than the feelings in your body,

And to be greater than time.

Love yourself enough to do this.

There is greatness within you.

Now you can't create a future holding on to the emotions of the past.

What was the emotion you wanted to unmemorize?

How did it feel in your body?

What was that state of mind driven by that emotion?

Now it's time to turn to At the Web,

The one who accepts repentance.

Tell Him what you want to change about yourself.

Begin to admit who you've been and that you truly want to change.

Tell Him the emotion you want to change and liberate it from your body.

Surrender.

Surrender to At the Web because repentance is purification.

It means to start again on the way home after getting lost.

Surrender your state of being and ask Him to resolve it in a way that is right for you.

Open that door and give it up completely.

Oh Lord,

I give you my limitation.

Take it from me and resolve it into a greater sense of wisdom.

Free me from the emotions of the past.

Now feel how you would feel if you knew God was taking this memorized emotion from you.

Feel it in your heart and remember this feeling in your heart.

Now let's make sure no thought,

No behavior,

No habit causes you to return back to the old self.

How did you use to think when you felt that way?

Observe your thoughts.

How did you behave?

How did you speak?

Become aware of these unconscious states.

Remind yourself who you no longer want to be.

With a firm intention,

Make a choice to no longer be that person.

Let the energy of your decision become a memorable experience.

Now it's time to play the change game.

Imagine a scenario in your life where you could start to feel the old self again.

See yourself in the middle of the day driving and suddenly that familiar feeling that drives those familiar thoughts comes up.

What do you do?

You say change.

Change.

Change.

Those nerve cells that no longer fire together,

No longer wire together.

Remember to say change every time it arises.

Now what is the greatest expression of yourself that you can be?

How would a great person act?

How would such an individual live?

I want you to move into that state of being.

It's time to change your energy.

How would it feel if you were that person?

You cannot get up as the same person who sat down.

You have to feel so much gratitude.

Raise your emotion to the feeling of gratitude.

Gratitude that this person is already you.

Gratitude is the ultimate state of receivership.

Let go.

Let go and release it into the field.

From this new state of being,

Form a picture of an event you want to experience in your life.

See it.

Believe it.

Hold onto it.

Do not analyze it or figure out how it's going to happen.

Simply create and leave the details to your creator.

Give thanks for a new life.

Feel how you will feel when these things manifest in your life.

Feel like your prayers have already been answered.

Finally,

It's time to turn to God and ask for a sign in your life to come in a way that you least expect,

That surprises you and leaves no doubt that it's come from Him.

So that you're inspired to do it again.

Ask for that sign now.

Give your awareness back to a new body,

To a new environment,

To a brand new time.

You can slowly bring your awareness back to beta consciousness.

And when you're ready,

You can open your eyes to a new you.

Finish it.

You You
