The Inner Smile is a Taoist meditation practice rooted in the lineage of Mantak Chia and Yi Eng. It invites you to turn awareness inward with gentleness and appreciation, resting between Heaven and Earth as a living temple. Traditionally, practitioners cultivated harmony within their inner landscape through attention, breath, and intention. During this session you will be guided to bring quiet awareness to different regions of the body, meeting sensation with softness and respectful presence. References to “elixir” or “healing” are understood within the symbolic language of Taoist alchemy, pointing to inner refinement and spiritual cultivation rather than medical treatment. This meditation is offered as contemplative practice, and experiences may vary according to individual constitution and familiarity with meditation. Guided meditations and educational material by Andrew Jan are not available to residents of the United States or Canada.
