Tattwam Asi translates literally as "I am that." It is also translated as "I am that which I seek." It is originally a Sanskrit mantra. Tattwam Asi is a mantra to help the chanter focus on their intent, to be mindful of their goals and to reinforce the mindset and behaviors that they wish to embody. It reminds us that even though we must start where we currently are, that we (and everything and everyone) are constantly changing and that we have the ability to become what we wish to be in thought, action and word. It is a simple two word mantra that has enormous power to reinforce the changes we are making to grow and expand our conciousness, spirituality and souls. Namaste.
