Hey,

It's Moya.

Welcome.

When I was teaching yoga,

I would often finish a class with this practice.

A perfect time for everyone to really slow down and connect this special part of our breath that often goes unnoticed.

So I invite you to make yourself just a little bit more comfortable.

You can be seated or reclined.

Have a soft gaze or the eyes fully closed.

Taking a moment to come home to your body and your breath.

Slowly guiding your awareness to the breath.

No need to make any changes.

It's flowing naturally.

Just become the observer for a moment.

Feeling the in-breath,

The out-breath.

As you become more aware of this continuous cycle,

What do you notice in between the in-breath and the out-breath?

It's that slight pause,

The still point.

During the cycle of breath,

As the out-breath turns the corner to become the in-breath,

That slight pause happens.

With your awareness,

You might find that it is naturally a little bit longer.

Just enjoying the awareness between the inhalation,

The exhalation.

As the physical body relaxes,

The shoulders soften,

The jaw releases.

The beautiful feeling of calm washes over you.

As you allow the next inhalation to fill the body with beautiful fresh prana,

Our life force energy.

As you take a slow long breath out,

You can release all that you no longer need.

Just let it go.

Every cell bathed in healing energy as you breathe in.

Acknowledging the still point and breathing out.

Let it go.

Just knowing that through the busyness of the days,

This pause is happening within and it's there for you anytime you need to just tap in.

Until next time,

Namaste.
