Explore MeditationBack in 2019, whilst navigating mental health challenges, Eve discovered the healing benefits of yoga. Before long, yoga became part of her everyday life and helped her to transition from a place of surviving to thriving. After experiencing the power of the practice firsthand for herself, her interest grew greater and greater… Motivated by her curiosity and a deep desire to help others, in July 2023 her intuition led her to Colombia where she completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training. She then went on to practice an additional 100 hours, via their internship program. Here she developed her unique teaching style, which intertwines yogic philosophy with physical asana, integrating movement with meaning. She also discovered her joy for creating guided meditations, designed to help people cultivate more mindfulness and self-compassion, throughout life’s ups and downs.
