If you are feeling anxious now,

Know this feeling is temporary.

This anxiety is not you,

It is simply an experience.

Know there is nothing wrong with you and the best EFT tapping meditation can help you calm your anxious energy in just minutes.

Begin by placing both hands lovingly over your beating heart and take a few deep breaths with slow exhales.

Let the breath fill from belly all the way up to the heart.

On the exhale,

Let out a slow sigh or gentle sound with the breath.

With each inhale,

Feel that you are creating more space within yourself.

And on each exhale,

Feel that you are releasing any tension built up inside of you.

Whatever is happening,

Know that you are supported now.

Supported by your breath,

By the universe,

And by this meditation.

Take a moment to witness your anxiety as though stepping back and watching it.

Find one more big breath in and out.

And simply acknowledge how the anxiety is showing up in your body.

If you could rate it between 1 and 10,

How strong does it feel now?

Just taking note,

And let's begin gently tapping on the side of the hand next to the pinky finger.

Being these points calms us and helps us shift our energy as well as become more present and grounded.

Continue tapping and repeat after me.

Even though I feel all this anxiety,

Right now I'm here to support myself.

Even though I feel this anxiety,

I choose to support myself with love.

Even though I feel all this anxiety,

I'm open to feeling more calm and centered.

Gently tapping on the top of your head now,

And repeating,

I choose to witness this anxiety with compassion,

Compassion for myself.

Tapping in between your eyebrows,

Even though I feel this anxiety,

I deserve kindness and compassion.

Feeling the sides of your eyes,

Feeling anxious is normal,

A human response.

I can let it come and let it go.

Tapping below the eye,

Even though I feel anxious,

I can focus on taking deep breaths.

Tapping below the nose,

I am not this anxiety,

I am merely experiencing this anxiety.

Gently tapping the chin,

Witnessing all this anxiety,

And knowing this too shall pass.

Tapping the chest just below the collarbones,

I choose to support myself now with love and kindness.

Tapping the top of the head,

I am not the situation making me anxious,

I am merely experiencing it.

Between the eyebrows,

I can support myself with love as I solve any problems in my life.

Inside of the eye,

The more calm I am,

The better I can solve my problems.

Below the eye,

It is safe to relax now and breathe deeply.

Below the nose,

I am supported.

Tapping the chin,

Supported by myself and my breath.

Tapping the chest.

I am supported by the universe and loving kindness.

I choose to lean into that support now and know it is safe for me to relax now.

Pacing both hands lovingly over your heart again,

Take a few deep breaths into the heart space.

Again feel that with each breath you are creating space within yourself and all around you.

On each exhale you are letting the anxious tension melt out of your body.

Know there is a wise part of you always inside,

There to support you and give you perspective.

Breathe deeply and be with that part of yourself now.

Listen to any wisdom or insights coming through to support you now.

Allow yourself to feel the support below you.

Call yourself into the present.

Scanning the body,

Rating between 1 and 10 the intensity of those anxious feelings now.

Feel free to stay listening to your inner wisdom with hands on the heart as long as it serves you today.

When you feel ready to come out of the practice,

You may want to stretch or gently sweep your hands over your face.

Journaling any insights will support your mind to focus on the wisdom within you that brings calm rather than the thoughts that bring anxiety.

Remain anchored in that heart wisdom and know that all is well.
