Hello and welcome to Meditations with Moon Body Soul.

Find a comfortable position to either sit nice and tall or lie down on your back.

Take this time to get as comfortable as possible.

Maybe this means rolling out your neck or your shoulders.

Begin to close down your eyes and focus on the breath coming in through your nose and out through your nose.

As you inhale,

Become aware of where the breath goes,

Where it stops.

And as you exhale,

Let every last bit of air out.

As you inhale,

See if you can fill up your low belly.

As you exhale,

Let every last bit of air out.

Inhale,

Fill up the low belly.

Allow it to be big.

Exhale,

Let go,

Release.

Keep breathing deeply like this,

Seeing how deep your breath can go.

As you exhale,

Keep letting every last bit of air out.

And as time as you inhale,

When you've reached completely full,

Pause.

And exhale,

Release,

Let go.

When you come to empty,

Pause.

Inhale,

Fill up.

Breathe into the low belly.

Pause at the top.

Notice what it feels like to be completely full.

And exhale,

Release,

Let go.

Notice what it feels like to be empty.

Inhale,

Fill up.

Breathe into the low belly.

Pause.

Be full.

Exhale,

Let go,

Empty out.

Notice what it feels like to be empty.

Keep focusing on this long,

Full belly breath.

And as you exhale,

Let yourself give in to the earth a little bit more.

Become aware of all of the points of contact with the ground beneath you.

And as you exhale,

Let it hold you even more.

Begin to shift your awareness to your heart space.

Notice the beating of your physical heart.

Can you feel it pumping inside your chest?

Notice the space around your heart,

Your entire heart space,

Your energetic heart,

Your heart center.

Become aware of what this place feels like.

Does it feel expansive?

Or does it feel tight and closed?

With each inhale,

See if you can expand this space beyond your body a little bit more.

Keeping this space as you exhale.

Inhale,

Expand even more.

Exhale,

Keep all of the space in your heart.

Inhale,

Expand.

Exhale,

Let go.

On your next inhale,

Move your awareness up into your third eye.

The space between your eyebrows or in the very center of your head between your ears.

As you tap into this space,

Remind yourself that you are just witnessing.

If any outside thoughts come into your mind,

Allow them to pass.

Let yourself be the witness.

As you breathe into your third eye space,

Allow yourself to see yourself.

Allow whatever version of you that comes forward to come forward in its fullest state.

As you visualize yourself,

Take note of the person that came to you today.

Do you appear to be happy?

Do you appear to be healthy?

Do you appear to be full of light?

Again,

Be the witness.

There's no need to judge or force.

Just become aware of the person that shows up for you today.

As you visualize yourself,

Begin to tap into your relationship to yourself.

How do you talk to yourself?

How do you see yourself?

How do you treat yourself day in and day out?

Are you allowing your body to rest,

Your mind to rest?

Are you being gentle and caring with your energy and the words that you use towards yourself?

As you tap into the self that is before you,

Ask it if there is anything that it needs.

Is there anything in this moment that you need to feel happy,

Healthy,

Safe,

Full or held?

Just pause and let whatever comes to come.

Listen to yourself.

Allow yourself to speak.

As you take in whatever it is that you see that you need,

Ask yourself if there's any reason why you are unworthy of these needs or wants.

Ask yourself how you measure your worthiness on a daily basis.

What does it mean to be worthy or unworthy?

Allow what comes to come and be the witness to yourself.

If anything has come up where you have fallen short in caring and nurturing for your body,

For yourself,

Allow yourself to forgive.

You can tap into this forgiveness by repeating a simple mantra,

A forgiveness prayer.

Repeat to yourself,

I love you.

I'm sorry.

Please forgive me.

Thank you.

I love you.

I'm sorry.

Please forgive me.

I love you.

I'm sorry.

Please forgive me.

Thank you.

I love you.

I'm sorry.

Please forgive me.

Thank you.

Keep repeating this mantra to yourself.

See if you can feel a shift in your energy.

Send yourself love and let that image go.

Come back to your heart space.

Come back to your beating heart inside your chest.

Come back to your physical body as you let everything settle back into your body.

Begin to take in deep breath of air,

Allowing this oxygen to fill into your low belly.

Open up your lungs and exhale,

Release,

Let go.

As you gently come back into your physical body,

Tap into a space of gratitude.

Gratitude for your physical body for showing up for yourself to listen.

As you come back to yourself,

Place one hand on your low belly,

One hand on your heart.

Inhale into your body,

Your breath,

Your heart beating.

Know that you are so worthy of your own love,

Of your own attention,

Of your own time,

Of your own nurturing.

Ask yourself if there is one simple change that you can do today to strengthen your relationship with your loved one.

Take your time to come back to the physical world.

Thank yourself for meditating.

Thank yourself for pausing,

For slowing down,

For looking inward.

Namaste.
