Finding yourself on the chair or bed,

Laying in comfortable,

Nestled position.

Allowing yourself to find your space of comfort,

Peace.

Knowing you are totally taken care of.

Welcoming this moment,

This time,

This introspection,

This ability to just be right here with yourself.

Thank you for joining us today.

Welcome.

If this is your first time here,

Welcome.

If this is your hundredth time here,

Welcome.

We get to enjoy this time together,

This space together.

So once you've found yourself in that comfortable position,

Go ahead and take a deep breath in through your nose.

Holding it at the top,

Allowing your chest to expand and gently releasing out your mouth long and slow.

Feeling whatever you feel,

Noticing whatever you notice,

Just finding your way inside into a space of comfort,

Into a space of peacefulness,

Into a space of tranquility.

There's nowhere to be,

There's nowhere to go,

There's nothing to figure out.

There's just us right here,

Right now,

Together.

Gentle,

Calm,

Peace filled.

Another breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Long and slow.

Today you're going to take a moment to check in.

To ask yourself,

What do you need?

This meditation is all about the phrase,

The saying,

I am that I am.

I am that I am.

We're going to reflect on that today.

What does that mean to you?

I am that I am.

What do you define yourself as?

What do you recognize yourself as?

What do you allow yourself to be?

Who do you allow yourself to be?

How do you treat yourself?

How do you give to yourself?

How do you take from yourself?

What are the ways in which you support yourself?

What are the ways in which you hurt yourself?

I am that I am.

We have all come here together to learn,

To grow,

To uplift ourselves so we can uplift others.

But sometimes it's not always that easy.

So just take some inventory right now.

How are you feeling?

How are you doing?

And where are you looking to find the answer to that question?

Scan your mind,

Your thoughts,

Your head.

Scan your physical body.

Anywhere where there's tightness or tension,

Constriction,

Where you're maybe holding or grasping onto something.

Breathe into that spot.

Loosen your shoulders.

Loosen your belly.

Loosen your buttocks.

Loosen your hands,

Your fingers,

Your feet,

Your toes.

Tune into your heart space.

What do you feel right now?

Tune into your spiritual knowing.

What do you feel right now?

Each one of these places represents your bodies,

Your bodies of the mind,

The heart,

The spirit.

Check in with each body.

Does it need something from you?

Does it want you to know something?

Are you listening?

Do you even know how to listen?

Whatever it needs from you,

Know that you could give it.

Know that you have what it takes.

That you have what you need.

That you're able to give what you need to give.

Another deep breath in.

Deep through your nose,

Out of your mouth.

Resting in this moment.

Resting in this reflection.

Knowing yourself even deeper right now.

This is your time to reflect.

This is your time to release.

This is your time to surrender.

This is your time right now,

Just for you to be here.

Notice the sounds around you.

I am that I am.

I am bold and beautiful.

I am strong and wise.

I am capable.

I am present.

I am aware.

I am clear.

I am loving.

I am patient.

I am the creator of my destiny.

I am the light that guides me and others.

I am that I am.

And now that you've done your body scan,

Your mind scan,

Your heart scan,

Your spiritual scan.

Today is a day to have a dialogue with yourself.

To really wrap yourself inside of who you are here to be.

In a time when things are maybe uncertain,

Things are changing,

Things are different than they've ever been for you.

What do you grasp onto that reminds you of who you are and what you know?

Who is she?

Who is he?

Who are they?

What do they long for?

What do they need?

Do you know how to give that to yourself?

As we develop our practice of going inside,

Of listening to what we need,

Of asking ourselves what we need.

The gift that we give is to be still,

To be patient,

To be kind and generous.

To know what we know and to discover what we don't.

Searching now inside of your mind's eye,

What do you find is the voice inside of you that isn't as friendly,

That isn't as kind,

That isn't as gentle?

When you woke up this morning,

Was there a voice inside of you that told you all the things you needed to do?

All the ways in which you needed to catch up from what you were behind on yesterday?

I want you to find that voice inside of you now and just notice how it speaks to you.

The tone it uses,

The pace it uses,

The content of its messages for you.

Just notice that voice now.

What is it saying to you right now?

Maybe it's telling you that you're not doing enough.

Maybe it's telling you that you need to work more.

Maybe it's telling you you're too distracted or you're all over the place or you can't focus or there's something wrong.

I want you to recognize that is just a voice.

That is not you.

It does not define you.

It is an aspect that is here to send you a message.

It thinks that it's doing you a favor.

It thinks that it's serving you.

But maybe the way it's learned to serve you isn't serving you anymore.

Maybe that voice once upon a time motivated you,

Got you up and out of bed,

Caused you to do things that you needed to get done.

But maybe the way that it forces you or pressures you or negatively self-talks you,

Maybe you no longer need that voice as much as you once did.

Or if at all.

I am that I am.

Who are you becoming?

Give yourself permission to send that voice away,

To give that voice a new job description,

To remind that aspect that you no longer need it to serve you in the way that it has and thank it for the way that it has,

For it has served you.

Maybe it thought it's what you needed to survive.

But now,

You know better.

You know differently.

I am that I am.

Now find the voice inside of you that is your comfort.

It is your safe place to land.

And if this is a voice that's unfamiliar for you,

A voice that you haven't been visited by often,

Or that you haven't turned the volume up on,

Go ahead and turn the volume up now.

This is the voice of kindness,

Of joy,

Of compassion and happiness.

This is the voice of comfort,

Of truth.

This is the voice inside of you that promotes your well-being,

That celebrates your wins,

That comforts your sadness.

This is the voice that doesn't wish for you to be anywhere but where you are.

This is the voice that wants you to thrive,

Not because you've done something,

But because you're alive.

This is the voice that loves you,

The most loving voice inside of you,

The aspect that is by your side through it all.

Find this voice now.

Find this aspect of you now and let it speak its truth to you.

I am that I am.

I am loved.

I am love.

I am loving.

Hear that voice inside of you now.

That's right.

Turn the volume up even more.

That voice,

That voice that loves you,

That knows you,

That's with you all along.

Every step,

Every path,

Every adventure,

Every relationship,

This voice is by your side.

When you need a piece of advice,

This voice is there for you.

When you need reassurance,

This voice is there for you.

When you need truth,

This voice is there for you.

When you've forgotten your way,

This voice is there for you.

Find it.

Listen to it.

Be healed.

Be comforted by this voice.

That's right.

I am that I am.

I am the universe.

I am the stars,

The stars in the sky.

I am the healing from wounds of my past.

I am the truth.

I am the darkness.

I am the strength and the beauty.

I am the struggle and the challenge.

I am the eyes that see.

I am the mind that thinks.

I am the heart that feels.

I know what I know.

I cherish myself.

I receive and I give.

I walk in balance.

I walk in faith.

I am the wind.

I am the water.

I am the air I breathe.

I am the little children laughing.

I am the puppies.

I am the birds soaring above.

I am a piece of all the things,

Of all the truth.

I'm a piece of all the tears.

I'm a piece of all the sadness.

I am the conductor of the orchestra of my life.

I am the thread of the tapestry of mankind.

I am the grain of sand on the beach.

I am the shell that covers the crab's back.

I am the mother.

I am the father.

I am the mountain.

I am the wood.

I am the forest.

I am the tree.

I am that I am.

You are mighty and you are bold.

You are strong beyond measure.

You are light.

You are free.

You are peaceful.

You are comfort.

You are warmth.

You are kindness.

You are joy.

You are life.

You are a part of it all.

Yes,

You were born into this body,

Into this consciousness,

Into this human expression,

But you are so much more than just that.

What you cannot see is what you are a part of.

What you feel that may not be understandable,

You are a part of.

What is created,

You are a part of.

It's time to take ownership of all of it.

You are not here to play small.

You are not here to be limited or to limit yourself.

You are here to be expansive.

You are here to be limitless,

Part of the infinite.

You have all those resources within you.

Tap into them daily.

Pause,

Take a breath.

Be part of the universal breath of life.

Receive as you breathe in.

Provide as you exhale.

Breathe in now.

Notice how you receive differently now.

I am that I am.

Notice when you exhale,

How you give differently now.

The new you has awakened.

The planet is awakening into a new dimension of sensitivity,

Of clarity,

Of telepathy,

Of clairvoyance,

Of intuition,

Of sight,

Of vision,

Of knowing.

Trust the process.

You're part of it.

Bringing your awareness back into your body,

Wiggling your fingers and your toes,

Bringing yourself back into this moment right here,

Right now,

Together.

Bringing your hands into prayer position,

Bowing your head,

Knowing that the journey that we've just taken.

I am that I am.

You are powerful beyond measure.

You are held nurtured,

Comforted and seen.

You were understood and loved.

You are heard.

The light in me honors and acknowledges you for the journey that we've been on today.

And together we say Namaste.
