Welcome,

Dear ones.

Thank you for listening.

This is a meditation to help you access the part of yourself that is already free,

That is completely unlimited,

Vast,

And spacious.

Part of you that is able to relate to life differently.

How often do we want things to be different?

We want people to be different.

We want relationships to be different.

We want situations to be different.

We don't need to fix what's going on on the outside.

What we need is to be able to relate to life and people in a different way.

That requires us to access the part of ourselves that is able to practice non-judgment,

That's able to practice forgiveness,

And that's able to embrace all of life and everything that's showing up within ourselves,

Feelings,

The emotions,

The sensations,

With that non-judgmental awareness.

The quality of allowance and acceptance for what is.

I invite you to find a comfortable place to seat yourself or lie down.

Close your eyes.

Turn your attention inward.

Shift from external awareness to internal awareness.

Notice what you notice,

What it's like to be you,

To be in this body in this moment.

Reflect to your breath and the sacred breath that supports you in every single moment while you're alive.

Feel the quality of the breath,

The way the volume of the body shifts and expands as you inhale.

You can track slightly as you exhale.

Maybe you notice that you could deepen the breath a little bit more.

You could begin to lengthen the inhalations just a bit longer.

Lengthen the exhalation so that you release all the air out of your lungs,

Allowing for the fullness of the next breath.

With the inhalations,

Begin to expand your awareness of self beyond your skin,

Beyond the physical body,

Into the space around you,

Into the room that you find yourself in.

Breathing outwards as well as into the back body,

Breathing into the back of your heart.

Up above the crown and down below the soles of the feet.

See how far you could trace your breath,

Follow your breath out beyond your body in all directions.

Focusing on the exhalation,

Your hips getting heavier into the support of the seat.

The chair or the earth beneath you,

If you're sitting upright.

Feeling the whole back body melting down to the floor,

The bed,

The couch.

Feeling the quality of surrender in the physical body.

Letting tension dissolve away as you breathe out.

Draining the body of tension,

Worry.

Training the mind,

The mental chaos.

Letting go of any need to do or strive for,

Fix or change as you just follow the breath in.

Follow the breath out.

That is enough.

You are this one that is aware.

You are aware of the body.

You are not the body.

You are aware of emotion.

You are not the emotions.

You are simply the one that is aware of the emotions.

When fear arises,

You are aware of it.

You can allow it.

You can even feel it and extend love to it.

And still,

You are not the fear.

You are not identified with what you're aware of.

You are free.

You are spacious.

You are unlimited and vast beyond what the mind could ever comprehend.

You are that one.

That one that is aware of the thoughts.

You are free.

You are not drawn in to the story,

To the drama.

Your thoughts move out of the field of your awareness.

You are free.

You are free.

You are free.

There is no resistance in you.

You realize that all things that have been birthed in time will end in time.

You know this about challenges.

When life presents you with an opportunity to be disturbed.

You are that one that is able to see that whatever the situation is that's causing the disturbance within you is an opportunity for you to heal.

For you to learn.

For you to transform.

For the things that are showing up in life are this sufficient condition to activate the energies within you that are ready to be healed.

It doesn't mean that you have to like the situations that life is presenting you with.

Or that you have to love all of the people that come into your life.

But you can accept the situations and the people.

You know how to do it as this one.

The personality on the other hand does not.

And it never will be able to.

Which is why we need a new energy.

We need to anchor ourselves into this new part.

This part that's able to release resistance.

We know that being in resistance to what's showing up only creates more conflict within.

More struggle.

Imagine then being anchored into this part of yourself.

This one.

The one that is free.

Could you see the potential?

The gifts that being anchored into this part and living from this part could bring.

To your life,

To your relationships,

To your connection to self and others.

Recognize that no one outside of you put this part in you.

You didn't earn it.

There were no prerequisites.

You just chose to make your way back to this part within you.

To connect.

To land.

And to stay.

Visit this place often.

Feel the peace that dwells here.

And share that peace.

Come back to this place in every moment that you possibly can.

Until you reach a point where you are always here.

This way your life becomes a blessing,

Becomes a prayer.

You become this light of consciousness.

Share this in peace my friends.
