Finding a quiet place.

Closing your eyes.

Beginning to breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.

And again in through your nose and out through your mouth.

And one more time.

In through your nose.

Out through your mouth.

Begin to notice the position of your body.

Place it in the most comfortable position.

Now place your focus on your body.

Your hands.

Your legs.

Your feet.

Begin to focus on your body becoming very very relaxed.

Allowing relaxation to spread throughout your body.

Like a warm liquid.

Soothing.

Calm.

Breathing normally.

Easily.

Relaxing.

Begin to notice your thoughts.

What is your mind thinking?

What thoughts are passing through your awareness?

By saying,

Notice the thoughts.

You immediately gained awareness.

Awareness is simple.

Awareness is easy.

It only takes remembering.

It takes realizing the importance of awareness.

What are we becoming aware of?

We are becoming aware that we are not the mind.

We are not the thoughts.

Thoughts do not belong to us.

Thoughts are pulled through our mind.

Thoughts are attracted to us.

We attract certain thoughts into our mental space.

We can begin changing the type of thoughts we attract into our mental space.

We do this with awareness.

We do this by taking back the power of focus.

We do this by using the mind instead of the mind using us.

You are doing this now.

You are learning awareness.

You are becoming more and more aware each and every day.

Each time you listen to this meditation,

Your awareness grows stronger.

Soon you will not need to be reminded that you are not the mind,

That you are not the thoughts.

Your subconscious mind will do this for you easily,

Automatically,

With no conscious effort by you to remember.

You will just know.

This awareness will become a knowing deep within you.

It is becoming a knowing now.

You know you are not your mind.

You know you are not your thoughts.

You know there are no such thing as your thoughts.

They are just thoughts passing by like clouds.

You think they belong to you because these thoughts are about you,

Are about things happening in your life,

About the people in your life.

These are not your thoughts.

Thoughts do not belong to you.

They come to you.

They are attracted to you,

Depending on the quality of your frequency.

Your frequency is changing now.

You are attracting new thoughts,

Thoughts that are supportive,

Thoughts that are helpful.

Notice the thoughts passing through your mind as you embody the awareness.

You may not have many thoughts at the moment.

Being still,

Being consciously aware,

Sometimes quietens the thoughts.

It's when we're busy,

We're unaware,

We're doing other things,

That the thoughts come.

Many thoughts.

Constant thoughts all day long passing through.

And we used to think we were thinking the thoughts.

But now we know the thoughts do not belong to us.

We have a choice.

We have awareness.

With awareness there is choice.

With awareness you can change things.

Awareness is like shining a really bright light on each and every thought.

Thoughts are not just allowed to creep by and creep in to our secret chamber,

Into our most sacred space of creation.

With awareness the light is on.

We know what comes in.

We know what goes out.

We are awake.

And we are aware.
