
Are You Ready To Step Into Change?

This meditation begins with a poignant question urging the listeners to reflect on their relationship with the familiar and the daily routine. This reflection is at the cusp of recognizing that even though things are painful; it is very difficult to part ways with them. Although our hearts desire peace and an end to suffering, our minds seem to be addicted to the drama and pain in life. This momentum of the familiar and certain can be a deterrent to the unfamiliar. In order to recognize the happiness and peace in life, we have to shed the old habits and be open to new ways of living and new perspectives of looking at things. Although this will be the hardest thing to do in life (at least when the familiar is so set in our routine), it can be the most rewarding.
