Welcome to this affirmation meditation.
Here I really want us to focus on what affirmations can do for us.
What it can do for our mind,
For our state of being,
But also just how we feel.
Maybe how we feel at a particular time.
Maybe how we feel in the mornings when we wake up.
Maybe when we go to bed,
How we sleep.
These affirmations can be said at any time and this meditation can be done at any time.
I just really want you to repeat the affirmations after me.
And if that doesn't feel right then you can let the affirmations ring through the sound of my voice.
But try and adopt them.
Try to really feel them.
How do they feel when you say them out loud,
When you hear me say them?
So I want you to sit or lie down in a comfortable position.
Try and keep a straight back.
But stay comfortable.
If you need to move around,
Do so and figure out how and where and what is comfortable to you.
Take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale all the air out through your mouth.
One more breath,
Inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth.
Slowly close your eyes and whenever you are ready we will start.
Repeat slowly after me and you can do so under your breath or say them quietly to yourself,
Whatever feels right.
I am at peace.
I am at peace.
I am worthy of love.
I am worthy of love.
I allow myself to experience love.
I allow myself to experience love.
I allow myself to experience abundance.
I allow myself to experience abundance.
I am enough.
I am more than enough.
I am more than enough.
I am beautiful.
I am beautiful.
I am beautiful.
I am beautiful.
I see love in all that I do.
I see love in all that I do.
I see my strength.
I feel my strength.
I see my strength.
I feel my strength.
I feel my wisdom.
I feel my wisdom.
I am worthy.
I am worthy.
I let people in.
I let people in.
I also set boundaries.
I also set boundaries.
I am held by the universe.
I am held by the universe.
I am happy.
I am happy.
I am content.
I am content.
I honor my deep feelings.
I honor my deep feelings.
I listen to my body.
I listen to all the messages my body gives me.
I choose for myself.
I choose for myself.
I no longer judge my circumstances.
I no longer judge my circumstances.
I trust the timing of my life.
I trust the timing of my life.
I trust that I am safe.
I trust that I am safe.
I trust.
I trust.
I love.
I love.
I forgive.
I forgive.
I want you to let those affirmations sink in and really let whatever feelings come up when you say them or whatever feelings come up right now.
Give yourself permission to just feel what you need to be feeling.
You're okay.
You're safe.
You're being held.
And breathe.
Remember to breathe.
And calm your breath.
Calm your mind.
Calm your whole body and being.
You're okay.
I want these affirmations to sink in.
Really feel them and bring them with you throughout your day or throughout your night.
And this is a great meditation to do many times to really feel all these things and let them be a part of your life.
Let them be your own mantra.
Choose out what kind of affirmations are right for you and what you want to use on a daily basis.
Let them be a part of who you are and a part of your life.
Slowly come back to the room or the outdoors to the sounds to yourself.
And very slowly open your eyes.
And be gentle with yourself and take care.
