Hello!

Namaste!

Welcome to this meditation.

Hug yourself.

This meditation is created to allow you a personal encounter with yourself.

It is necessary to return to our own center.

Using our heart as an anchor and our breath.

There is where we exist in our breath.

We live in the center of our heart.

Try breathing with your heart.

That is our true universe.

When you find it,

You find happiness.

While meditating,

Try to find a comfortable posture that can make you feel good in your own body.

Let your legs rest,

Relax and let your arms and shoulders drop with their own gravitation and weight.

You can put your hands over your lap or if you are resting or laying,

Put them at your sides.

Now move your neck slowly toward both sides and start to feel your presence.

Before closing your eyes,

Take a quick look to your surroundings.

Observe your things,

Everything around you.

Observe your objects.

Take a look at them one by one with peace and gratitude.

Now listen to the sounds of your place or to the sounds of nature around you.

Feel those sounds as if they were whispering softly to you.

You may be able to hear soft sounds in your room as a fan,

A curtain,

A piece of paper being moved by the air.

You may smell your space,

Your candles,

A soft perfume,

An incense.

Feel your clothes,

Feel the ground,

The floor,

Your carpet or rug.

Try to feel its texture,

The softness of its fabrics.

Try to perceive the silence in your space or those soft sounds and make it yours.

Integrate each sound as a soft melody around you,

As a soft reminder of our own presence and our own existence.

Think that it is a pleasure to be alive.

Now breathe in deeply and soft and release it through your mouth or through your nose.

This will help you let go fatigue and will help you to relax.

Let's do it three times.

Inhale deeply through your nose and release through your mouth.

Good.

That's it.

Inhale deeply,

Release and relax.

Do it again.

Perfect.

While you start to be present,

Put a smile in your lips,

Smile to yourself,

Be kind to yourself.

Let this smile to be soft,

Not forced,

To be relaxed.

Move your jaw,

Separate your tongue and let it loose inside your mouth and be comfortable inside your mouth.

Relax your teeth and feel your entire face relaxed.

Breathe smoothly and calmly through your nose and be aware of yourself.

Take the breath to your heart like if you were walking yourself somewhere special and do it softly.

Walk softly to your own heart.

Now raise your arms and surround yourself with a hug.

Hug yourself lovely.

Feel it.

Start with the upper part of your body.

You can move your head toward your chest while hugging yourself,

Feeling your love for this child inside you.

Hug your soul.

Feel it.

Send your breath to your arms and hands with love.

Hugging around your neck very soft,

Smoothly.

Be kind to yourself and say to yourself that you love this body.

And breathe with compassion.

When we hug ourselves,

A magic sparkles us inside our bodies and in our soul.

Immediately we start evoking the archetype love,

The universal love,

The archetypal love,

That total love and total awareness and acceptance that is there,

That it has always been there and you have access now to it.

Keep breathing,

Only keep breathing deeply and softly.

If you wish,

You can move your arms into a different position.

Make it comfortable to you.

Do it as you feel it better.

Be fondly with yourself.

Let this love fill your heart with peace.

Let your body know it is not alone,

That there is a profound and bigger force holding it with love.

Hug yourself again and breathe in and out.

Be very kind to yourself and feel your breath in and out.

It is important you breathe deeply,

Soft,

At your own rhythm,

At your own pace.

Make your hug as comfortable as you can.

Now,

With your imagination,

Breathing this hug.

Feel your arms full of air,

Of prana,

Energy,

Life.

Send this energy and air to your heart and feel the unconditional love that lives within you.

Feel the silence and peace.

Feel tranquility.

Your body can offer you this calm space every time you need it.

You are in peace and that peace and love lives inside you.

They are your own consciousness.

You are part of this eternal hug,

Feel of love.

Be grateful to your heart and its beating and breathing.

Be grateful to the air you breathe.

Be grateful to the love you can offer to yourself and to the world.

That love reborn and multiplies.

Love is the central essence of your high self.

All the love you can convene will return to you.

All the love that grows in you will spread around your life as a soft rain feeding existence.

You now embraced yourself in an eternal energy that is inside your heart for you.

You are filled with peace and light.

Every time you breathe your essence is open for you.

Peace fill your entire soul.

If you wish you can stay for a while in this meditation state breathing and embracing yourself with peace and kindness.

Enjoy that state.

Enjoy that peace.

Enjoy your body.

Whenever you want to finish this practice say thanks to your arm.

Be grateful with your heart and to the air you breathe.

Be grateful to yourself and smile.

Softly,

Carefully move your body slowly.

Move your feet,

Your toes,

Your legs,

Your hands,

Your neck.

Whenever you feel ready you can open your eyes softly or keep indulging yourself in this state of peace and calm you have achieved.

Stay there if you wish.

Thanks for meditating with me in Inside Timer.

My name is Zoe and I will be here whenever you wish to return.

May you be happy.

May you be well.

May you be safe.

Namaste.

Thank you.
