This practice connects your breath with acceptance. As you breathe, your awareness is guided to the perfection of the rhythm and encourages you to accept the cycles in your life just as they are. You are a spark of the Divine, and as such, you are enough. Breathe it in.

Welcome to meditation on self-acceptance.

I'm so glad you could make it.

Find a comfortable space to either sit or lie down.

Feel free to close your eyes If you prefer to keep them open,

That's fine.

Keep your gaze soft and unfocused.

Just a few feet in front of you.

I invite you now to take a nice deep inhale through your nose.

And when that inhale is as full as you can handle,

Sigh the exhale out through your mouth.

Empty all of the air from your lungs.

And allow the next breath to begin without thought.

And gently allow your breath to find its natural rhythm.

We will sit here for a moment and simply check in with our breathing rhythm.

On your next inhale,

Feel the space that your body creates as your lungs expand to accommodate the influx of oxygen.

Feel the way your body moves to accommodate the shift.

And as you exhale,

Feel how your body settles into the spaces that were created by the inhale.

Begin to notice how perfect a rhythm this is for you.

Everyone's rhythm is all different.

And that is what makes us beautiful and unique.

Remembering that we are all connected to the divine,

Our spirit source.

Feel free to use whatever name feels most comfortable to you.

As we inhale,

We create.

As we exhale,

We release.

Just the same as divine spirit.

We have been created from the source of divine spirit.

Which means that each of us is exactly where and how and who we are supposed to be.

We are moving through experiences in our lives that require shifting and changing and acceptance.

Perhaps just for today,

Just for this moment,

You could find peace with yourself where you are right here and right now.

Perhaps this is exactly where you are supposed to be.

Perhaps for right now,

Right here,

You are enough.

As you inhale,

Is the oxygen that you breathe in not enough exactly as it is?

And as you exhale,

So too is the carbon dioxide enough exactly as it is for trees and plants.

This perfect cycle exactly as we are.

Just for today,

Just for this moment,

Is enough.

Accepting that things shift and change.

That is a part of life that everyone experiences.

And as you let these changes and these shifts flow,

Perhaps you may find it easier to accept your place in these events as you realize that you are enough.

On your next breath,

Your next inhale,

Bring that air all the way down to your toes.

Feel how completely perfect that is for you.

And on your exhale,

Allow that breath to come from as deep as your toes.

And notice the easy acceptance of the flow of your breath.

Perhaps for right now,

In this place,

You can bring this acceptance towards yourself as well.

Let's sit here for another moment and allow the acceptance of this rhythm that is you flow.

On your next inhale,

Slowly start to bring your awareness back to your body,

Back to the space that you are occupying.

Become aware of any sounds in the immediate area,

Any sensations.

Begin to feel your awareness anchored in your body,

Feeling the weight of your limbs,

Beginning to wiggle your fingers and your toes.

When you're ready,

Take one deep,

Relaxing breath and gently open your eyes.

Namaste.

Loved the guidance, your voice was soft but not a whisper which was perfect. The music and birds in the background also helped me get even deeper into the meditation. Namaste.
