Use a simple letting go technique and let go of your past unpleasant experiences. You decide what would you like to let go of. Letting go is to free yourself from unpleasant attachments which are stopping our growth, healing, happiness, and freedom.

Hi friends,

I welcome you to the ninth day of 21 days meditations.

I welcome you to a beautiful,

Courageous and a powerful session today which is called as letting go.

You all have different situations in our life,

The feelings and the emotions and go through a lot sometimes.

In some situations we might be going through right now,

We must have gone through.

Some situations where we are not able to forget some things.

But the point is,

We know that not forgetting and holding on to some moments is not letting us move on and go to the next step.

But it is our own individual choice when we need to move on.

This exercise has helped me a lot in helping me to start forgiving,

Helping me to move on to the next step or even take a chance of moving on.

This letting go exercise is very beautiful and before we go ahead with the actual meditation,

I would like to demonstrate the whole action in front of you which you need to do when your eyes are closed during the meditation.

So just keep in the position right in front of your heart chakra.

Your heart chakra is the center of the chest.

You can do a position in front of your heart chakra which is the palm position and then it is a letting go position as if you are letting go of something in the stream of river.

Now watch the position,

Palm position and letting go position.

Gently breathe in and breathe out.

Take your positions.

Breathe in and breathe out a few more times and as you do that gently close your eyes.

Relax your head,

Your shoulders,

Your spine,

Your hands,

Your feet and keep both your hands in a namaste position right in front of your heart chakra.

See that one situation which you are just not able to let go and what are the feelings and the emotions attached with that situation which you are not okay with.

Keep your hands now in a palm position,

Collecting position as if your heart chakra is actually letting out those emotions which are not nourishing you and you are collecting them in your palms right now.

See those feelings and emotions which you are not okay with.

It could be some kind of humiliation you went through,

Disrespect you went through.

Some kind of anger,

Some kind of fear,

Something not good.

See your hands really filled with those emotions right now.

You can even feel the colour of these emotions.

You can even smell them.

At the count of three I want you to let go of these emotions in a stream of river which is flowing right in front of you.

After three,

One,

Two and three,

Let go of all of these feelings and emotions and let mother universe,

This beautiful stream of river take care of it.

And come again back to the collecting position in front of your heart chakra and again collect what feelings and emotions related to that situation which you want to let go.

Feel what you want to feel in this moment right now.

Collect what you need to collect and let go.

At the count of three you will surrender it and let it go into that stream of river right in front of you.

One,

Two,

Three.

Come back to the collecting position in front of your heart chakra either in related to this situation or any situation,

Any feelings in your system,

In your soul,

In your mind which you want to let go.

Collect whatever feeling you need to let go.

Collect.

Feel it.

And once you are ready,

Let go into the stream of river now.

And do the same action,

Collect,

Collect whatever you need to let go.

And let go at the count of three,

One,

Two and three,

Let go.

We want to do the same thing one more time,

Last time.

Keep your hands in a collecting position in front of your heart chakra and whatever emotions or feelings which are not nourishing you,

See them collected on your palms.

Feel them.

Smell those emotions and feelings.

Attach a color to it.

Give them a name.

At the count of three,

Finally let it go.

Empty your hands.

Wash your hands in that stream of river right now.

And bring both your hands in a namaste position right in front of your heart chakra.

Relax your hands.

Let us slowly start preparing ourselves to come back.

Come back to the room or place where you are sitting right now.

Come back to your body.

Feel your feet,

Your spine,

Your shoulders.

Come back to your breath and gently open your eyes.

Thank you for showing the courage to do this session.

Letting go is not easy for any one of us.

We are bestowed with certain situations in our life and it's easier said than done that hey forget it.

Okay move on.

I have moved on.

I am over that.

But sometimes it takes years and years and years to get over something we are not okay with.

And I would like to acknowledge your courage to take this step.

Throughout the day I would like you to keep a check on the situation for which you are letting go.

Just be clear that you need to let go and you will be shown a way.

Keep seeing the information for today if needed.

I am absolutely clear of the situation and feelings attached to it.

Keep sharing your courage and I wish you a beautiful day ahead.

A powerful day ahead.

Courageous day ahead for yourself.

I will see you tomorrow with another unique session.
