Hello everyone,
I welcome you all to the eighth day of 21 Days Mindfulness session,
21 meditations and today we are going to practice a unique mindfulness session called as,
Thank you.
The session is very close to my heart and as an intergest,
Let's get started with it.
This is going to be a guided session,
Go on to your sacred spot where you are practicing these meditations with me.
That sacred spot is very important and I think,
I hope by now we are realizing why.
Wherever you might be,
In your house,
At your home,
In your workplace,
Workplace is possible less because you normally have one chair to us,
But in your home,
In your house,
In your room,
Try to bring in one spot,
One place which is sacred,
Which is clean,
Which is neat where you can sit and practice any kind of meditation,
Any kind of session,
Any kind of practice which helps you to connect to your higher consciousness.
So I hope you are doing that.
Great,
Let's get started with it.
Just gently breathe in and breathe out,
You could be sitting on a chair or you could be sitting on the yoga mat,
It's absolutely your choice.
See that if you are sitting on a chair,
It's not way too comfortable,
Like a comfortable chair,
Like you can just go back and just relax.
I would like you to see that you are at a comfortable position which means your spine is as straight as possible for you.
Feel free to take any of the back rest or anything you want to take which helps you.
Breathe in and breathe out.
As you breathe in and breathe out,
Gently close your eyes.
Breathe in and breathe out a few more times.
Relax your head,
Relax your shoulders,
Relax your spine,
Relax your hands,
Relax your feet.
And I would like you to keep your hands in a position of gratitude,
In a position of thank you.
So for some people it might be a namaste position,
For some people it might be you want to keep both your hands on your heart chakra which is the centre of the chest or it could be any of the other positions you would like to take.
If you feel taking a religious position helps you,
Please go ahead and do that.
Gently breathe in and breathe out.
And whatever the first name or the first person comes in front of you,
I want you to express your gratitude towards that person.
Go with your heart and say what you really want to say.
You are the five most important people in your life towards whom you would like to express your gratitude.
One by one,
Tell them what you really want.
Keep breathing in and keep breathing out.
And keep saying thank you.
Being in gratitude is a beautiful circle.
We remain in gratitude.
Things keep working.
And things work and we say oh thank you,
Things work.
And once they receive thank you,
The things keep working.
And then again we say thank you.
And listening to thank you,
Things again work.
It's a funny circle right?
But it's true.
It works.
Go back to your family,
Whomever you call your family.
And out of those you might like some people and you might not like some people.
And that's fine.
That's your personal choice.
But their being in your life is not a coincidence.
It is destined to be that way.
Their presence in your life is your destiny.
You might not like each and every action of theirs.
But let's start with just simply saying a thank you.
Start with the one whom you might not want to say thank you.
Trust me.
One by one express your gratitude to yourself.
Be honest.
Be truthful.
Be a simple thank you.
Go back to your workplace,
Your school,
College or your set of people whom you hand around.
And one by one I want you to start saying thank you whosoever comes in front of you.
Feel it.
Feel it.
One by one.
Each and every person,
Especially the ones you might want to ignore saying thank you to each and every person and each and every situation which comes in front of you.
If you feel you have not covered anyone,
Go ahead and say thank you to each and every person and each and every situation which comes in front of you.
Say thank you to the house you live in.
Express your gratitude to each and every thing which is there in your home.
Every my turn believe me right?
We are nothing but a ball of energy and everything around us living,
Not living.
It's another ball of energy.
Express your gratitude to us each and every thing around you which you use on a daily basis including your phone or your laptop where you're listening or you're watching this video.
Express your gratitude to us each and every thing around you.
So and so throughout the day there are no two other words come out of your mouth other than thank you.
And go on to say thank you to yourself.
Say thank you to your body.
To each and every organ in your body which is working absolutely fine.
And I apologize if something is not working.
To each and every nerve and muscle which is working in your body.
And say thank you to your soul which is helping you in this beautiful journey of life.
See yourself enjoying in this beautiful circle of gratitude.
Accessible.
Gently breathe in and breathe out.
And then you start preparing yourself to come back.
Come back to the place we are sitting right now.
Come back to your body.
Slowly relax your hands.
Breathe in and breathe out a few more times.
And once you feel complete,
Please open your eyes.
I wish you a day filled with smile,
Happiness.
Because that is what a lot of gratitude brings in.
A day filled with just saying thank you.
Anybody you meet.
Anything you get in touch with.
Any non-living thing.
Any living person.
Anything.
Just say thank you.
You might want to add what you want to add to thank you or not.
But if not,
Just a simple thank you.
It works wonders.
Do let me know what you feel about it.
How this meditation or other meditation is helping you.
And if you feel there is something I could improve upon,
Or me as people could improve upon,
We'd love to know.
Feel free to message me anytime.
Feel free to drop in any of the questions you have.
And feel free to share your reviews.
Or what they call ratings here.
Feel free to share your reviews.
It will help other persons or other people,
Right?
I will see when I will connect with you soon.
And tomorrow,
Get ready for another unique session.
Take care.
And sometimes I like to do.
Namaste.
