Hello everyone and I welcome you to the 19th day of our 21 mindfulness sessions and today is going to be a beautiful day ahead.
Why?
Because we are going to do something so unique which is called as madness meditation.
Well again an active meditation.
In this meditation you will be seated because you will be doing varieties of actions which are a little cathartic.
In stage one you are practically showcasing your madness.
In madness you could be laughing,
You could be screaming,
You could be crying,
You could be just making certain voices and noises and sounds.
There is no logic to it.
There is no sense to it.
It's practically you are letting your madness out in whatever way.
You can see what you have to say,
You can use gibberish,
Again laugh,
Cry,
Scream,
What you want to make you can do at that point of time.
I would prefer you to be sitting seated while you are doing this meditation and in case you have your blindfolds or scarf which you would like to wear which helps you to go deeper in the session,
Please do that.
I would not be demonstrating any of the stages.
I will be repeating again.
For stage one you are showcasing your madness,
Whatever madness means to you.
You could be laughing,
You could be screaming,
You could be crying,
You could be extremely happy doing a gibberish or saying what you really want to say it out.
No logic,
Absolute nonsense and madness.
And stage two,
Sitting in silence.
Get yourself ready.
Gently breathe in and breathe out.
Where your blindfolds.
And once you hear the gong is when you can start with stage one of it.
On the count of three,
One,
Two and three.
And you start and I will not be saying anything now.
Give you a hundred percent right now.
Give you a hundred percent right now.
Give you a hundred percent right now.
Give you a hundred percent right now.
Give you a hundred percent right now.
Give you a hundred percent right now.
Give you a hundred percent right now.
Give you a hundred percent right now.
Give you a hundred percent right now.
And gently relax yourself.
Breathe in and breathe out a few times.
Breathe in and breathe out a few times.
Breathe in and breathe out a few times.
Keep your palms either on the floor if you are sitting on the floor or on your knees if you are sitting on a chair.
And be as still as possible.
Witness the silence.
Breathe in and breathe out a few times.
Check your hands.
Start preparing yourself to come back.
Be very gentle with yourself when you are coming back from this deep meditation.
Breathe in and breathe out a few times.
Move your toes,
Move your fingers.
Feel your spine.
Feel your shoulders.
Feel your feet.
Feel your breath.
Breathe in and breathe out a few more times.
Once you feel complete,
Gently open your eyes and open your back foots.
And basically coming back from a short and a very deep meditation.
Take a tap.
No rush.
Absolutely no rush.
I am just giving it a little bit of pause right now,
Helping you to come back.
Take your time.
The meditation is very beautiful in the times we are living in.
Because sometimes there is so much of catharsis which is going on inside our mind.
So much we accumulate,
So much we store,
So much we don't say due to variety of reasons.
Fear of losing people,
Fear of embarrassment,
Fear of what will the person think about me or fear of not hurting other people.
The properties of reason accumulate a lot of thoughts,
A lot of things,
A lot of what we really need to say.
There are multiple distractions around us in the world we are living in right now and when we are able to let out what we really need to let out without thinking.
And after that what happens is actually meditation.
Then meditation happens.
We don't need to sit in meditation then.
After you complete meditations like chakras,
Laughing,
Madness and what happens in stage two is meditation.
You don't need to focus,
You don't need to concentrate.
Meditation becomes a by-product of what is left after you let go.
I hope you are back by now.
I wish you a beautiful day ahead.
Again a day of silence.
A day of witness.
A day of listening.
And a day of expressing yourself with a lot of firmness and with a lot of kindness and with a lot of respect for standing up for yourself.
Have a beautiful day and I will see you tomorrow.
