Part 5 of Kinetic Mindfulness,
Imaging.
So,
Find a comfortable place.
When you find that place,
Close your eyes or shade your eyes and find your breath.
The breath hasn't gone anywhere,
But our focus has been on the doing of life.
And we're shifting that into the being mode of life.
Continually training ourselves to find stillness throughout the day,
Throughout the week,
Throughout life itself.
And I say training because it's a matter of practice and practice and forgetting and then practicing.
And so,
This thing called imaging as you find your breath is so important.
Of course,
I've taken this from using your imagination.
Image in action is what I call it.
So your image in action is using your imagination.
If you're anything like me,
When I was a child,
I was led to believe that my imagination was not such a great thing.
He's got such an active imagination as if I were making things up and not telling the truth.
And yet,
Walt Disney was praised and became wealthy from using his imagination.
This is one of the most powerful tools that we have.
Basically,
We want to see with our inner eye what we will eventually see with our physical eye.
For instance,
Many people when they get dressed to go to a dance or to work,
They have an image of what they want to look like and then they make the choice to go through the activities of the doingness of pulling all those things together and putting them on and then reviewing the choice in the mirror and bingo,
Either it didn't work or it's going to work.
But first you have the image in mind.
The automobile that you drive was once an image in someone's mind before it became an image on paper or an image in a clay model or a computer likeness.
And then it became the physical automobile,
The physical tool that we use to get from point A to point B,
Hopefully with a lot of fun and not a lot of gas.
Continue to find your breath.
And so in creative imaging,
I'm going to guide you to a place where you create what you really,
Really want in terms of your lifestyle.
In order to get there,
Though,
We go through the same process of getting rid of old,
Outdated thinking.
And then we create through visioning this image in action so that we can wrap our commitment around the work.
So continue to find your breath.
Monitor your body.
Are you comfortable?
Notice the inhale and the exhale.
Notice the temperature of both the inhale and the exhale.
Notice the rising of your torso on the inhale and the receding energy and movement of your torso on the exhale.
Readjusting your body as it responds to the rhythm of your breath and the focus on the breath.
On your next inhale,
See if you can kind of stay at the top of that inhale for a few seconds and feel the high energy of the inhale.
And then when you're ready,
On the exhale,
See if you can stay in that emptiness to feel that exhale and the emptiness of that.
The ebb and flow of life showing up as breath,
Moving through our body as we breathe.
Perfect place,
Perfect space to find stillness,
Perfect place to find beingness,
Perfect place to transform energy.
Remember,
We can't get rid of energy.
That's not what it's all about.
Energy is life.
Life is energy.
You and I are energy.
The sound that you hear of my voice is simply the vibration of energy at a certain pitch,
A certain vibration,
If you will.
And so thoughts are energy.
And as we think,
We usually respond,
React,
And experience the results of those thoughts.
So in the most simplistic form,
What we think about,
We experience.
And so if we don't like what we're experiencing,
We get to look at the thought that we've been entertaining and change that thought.
And the experience will change.
So get ready to inhale.
And let's inhale deeply.
And exhale three,
Two,
One,
Inhale one,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
Open your mouth,
Let it out.
Now find your new breath.
Readjust your body any way it desires.
And get ready to inhale.
Let's inhale deeply and exhale three,
Two,
One,
Inhale one,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
And hold it two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
Release two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
Stay empty two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
Find your new breath.
A lot of energy in that.
Find your new breath.
Adjust your body where desired.
So while you're finding that balance,
Bring forth any thought,
Any idea,
Any energy that you have that is not compatible with your new direction.
What thought would you like to change?
What idea would you like to get rid of?
What energy would you like to transform during this session?
What is it?
Continue to breathe and allow this to come up.
You don't have to think about it.
Your energy,
Your heart will show you what it is that you've been entertaining that's not the greatest for you.
Not creating your highest good.
It might have brought you a lesson or something that you needed to take a look at,
But now it's kind of like overdue.
Time to be transformed.
You know,
Everything has its season.
When a caterpillar turns into a butterfly,
When that time comes,
It has to happen.
A puppy has to turn into a dog eventually if it stays alive.
A boy has to become a man if things are all the way they're supposed to be.
And so the same thing with thoughts.
When the time comes and its usefulness is over with,
You change that.
If you don't change it,
It's like not changing a baby's diaper.
It can become pretty,
Pretty uncomfortable and it will have a stench.
And so a lot of our experiences have a bad energy.
Stench,
If you will.
And all we have to do is change the diaper or change the packaging of the energy.
And that's what we're all about.
So what is it that you want to get rid of?
Breathe.
Inhale deeply.
Exhale,
Three,
Two,
One.
Inhale,
One,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five.
And hold,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five.
Release,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five.
Stay empty,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five.
Find your breath.
Now that you have what you want to get rid of,
Take a moment and make sure you can condense that into a word.
What is the word that describes what it is that you're letting go of,
That you're transforming?
Breathe.
And look at this word,
Not with a sense of fear,
But with a sense of majesty and mastery because you are going to change it.
Take a deep breath and exhale,
Three,
Two,
One.
Find your breath and fill in the following blank.
I lovingly let go of now.
I lovingly let go of,
Fill in the blank,
Now.
So if it's fear,
Let's just use that for an example.
I lovingly let go of fear now.
I lovingly let go of doubt now,
Whatever that is for you.
And breathe that.
The reason I use the word lovingly is because we have to come from a place of love to create what we want in love.
God is love.
Universal love is all there is.
The thing that attracts people to themselves and to each other is love.
I'm not talking TV love.
I'm talking genuine energy of love,
That healing,
That forgiving,
That allowing,
That embracing energy that is the truth about all of life.
You and I breathe love every day in and out.
Breathe love now.
I lovingly let go of now.
Once you have this,
Inhale and exhale that statement seven times.
Actually it's for seven breaths,
But I say seven times so you're going to actually do 14 because you're inhaling the statement,
I lovingly let go of now,
And then you're exhaling the statement,
I lovingly let go of now for seven breaths.
Enjoy.
Remember to manage the monkey mind.
Breathe.
Good.
Now,
Inhale deeply.
Exhale three,
Two,
One.
Inhale deeply.
Exhale your chin to your chest.
Three,
Two,
One.
Now begin to sit up in your chair,
Not,
You know,
Leaning back.
So I want you to basically sit on your chair and not in the chair.
And your spine is as erect as possible.
Your shoulders are back and down and your chin is moving towards your chest.
It's not about touching your chest.
That's just the general direction you want ahead and feel everything along the back of the neck and the shoulders.
And then take the next few moments if you feel any hot spots or anything speaking to you in those areas,
You know,
Move into that area and then stop when you feel it and take a deep,
Deep breath and exhale you might have to do it two or three times to find the openness to find the balance.
Inhale.
Exhale three,
Two,
One.
Inhale,
Chin up.
Exhale,
Chin down.
Inhale,
Chin up.
Exhale,
Chin down.
Continue that movement until I instruct you to stop and enjoy.
A little hint here,
The slower you go,
The more you will experience every little nuance of the area that is affected by the movement.
And the deeper you breathe,
You will find that dance,
That beautiful dance between the breath and the movement.
What are you mindful of right now?
What are you aware of?
Now that you've got the mechanics out of the way,
As you lift your chin up and inhale,
Say your statement.
I lovingly let go of now.
And then as you drop your chin,
The same thing.
I lovingly let go of now.
And on your next inhale with your chin up,
Bring your shoulders all the way up to your ears.
Keep them there.
Take a deep breath and exhale three,
Two,
One.
Inhale and squeeze those shoulders up to your ears.
Squeeze,
Squeeze,
Squeeze,
Squeeze,
Squeeze.
Inhale and exhale.
And exhale,
Drop them down.
Find your breath.
Take your right hand and put it on your left knee,
Looking straight ahead.
Take your left hand and put it on the chair next to the arm of the chair or the back of the chair or if you're on the floor,
Put your hand behind you,
But continue to look straight ahead.
And find your breath.
Sitting tall.
Excellent.
Inhale deeply.
And as you exhale,
Begin to turn at the waist.
Once you've done that,
Take another deep breath and begin turning at the shoulders.
See if this will work.
Once you've done that,
Take another deep breath and turn with your neck.
Once you've done that,
Open up your eyes really,
Really,
Really wide and look into the left hand corner of that eye socket and find your breath.
On the next exhale,
Just close your eyes or shade your eyes and stay in the position but release any tension in your legs or your arms or your shoulders or your face and breathe.
See if you can bring in your statement with your inhale or your exhale or both.
Inhale deeply.
And as you exhale,
Just release the hand,
Release the twist,
Come back around to center and find your breath.
Put your left hand on your right leg or your right knee,
Take your right hand and put it either next to you if you're on the floor or behind you on the floor,
Grab the arm of the chair if you have one or the back of the chair,
Look straight ahead.
And inhale,
Exhale 321 begin to twist at the waist.
All the time breathing.
Once the way says that's enough,
Twist shoulders.
Then neck.
Breathing,
Breathing,
Breathing,
Then opening the eyes.
Really,
Really,
Really wide and then looking into the corner of the eye socket to the right as far as you can and find your breath.
And on your next inhale,
Close your eyes or shade your eyes,
Stay in the position,
But release tension in your shoulders and your face and your legs and breathe.
Make your statement.
Inhale deeply and begin to let go of the hands and come out of the twist and sit in your forward neutral position and find your breath.
Inhale deeply and as you exhale drop your right ear to your right shoulder,
Feeling the stretch along the left side of your neck,
Any hotspots there that are speaking to you breathe into those spots now and find your breath.
Hi folks,
We're opening up the neck and shoulder area,
Such an important area in releasing the energy from old thoughts and ideas,
Because we hold the energy of this doing this.
This is one of the most strategic areas to address when opening up to release old energy.
On your next exhale,
Bring your arm,
Your left arm out next to you to the side as if you're making a turn signal and drop it down about 45 degrees.
And if you're on the floor just about an inch above the floor and find your breath.
You should feel an extra stretch and breathe.
Breathe,
Feel the energy moving.
You can do that.
The most awesome is this.
And remember your statement,
I lovingly let go of now.
Inhale deeply and as you exhale release that arm.
Inhale deeply as you exhale bring your head straight back up.
Take another deep,
Deep,
Deep breath and drop the left ear towards the left shoulder and breathe.
Sitting tall,
Sitting as erect as you can,
Not sliding over.
Continue to breathe.
Feel the stretch on the right side of your neck.
On your next inhale,
Get ready and then on the exhale drop your right arm out at about a 45 degree angle towards the floor.
If you're in a chair,
If you're on the floor about an inch away from the floor.
Deep breath.
It's almost like a straight line up your hand,
Up your arm,
To your head.
Feel that stretch,
Breathe into this.
Relax the lower back,
Relax the legs,
Relax the jaw and infuse your statement.
Inhale deeply and as you exhale release the hand and release the neck as you bring it straight back up.
Hold your hands in front of you,
Open palms up.
As you breathe,
Begin to see the energy of your release statement moving down your right arm.
It's only energy folks,
So as I imagine it,
It will come to play.
And so how I play it is I inhale and I say my statement I lovingly let go of now.
And I feel that energy move down my neck from my brain to my neck to my shoulders to my arm down my elbow,
Forearm,
Wrists,
Hands.
So it's sitting in my palm.
And so the energy of this release that I'm letting go of is a little bit dark.
It doesn't have to be too dark but it's just darker energy that I'm letting go of.
It's already been used.
And so what's left is the leftovers and the leftovers tend to be a little dark.
And so in my right hand I see this little ball of,
And you're invited to do the same,
Little ball of darkish energy in my right hand.
And I continue to say this statement and I continue and I invite you to do the same.
And each time you say this statement,
Feel that energy moving down your right arm into your right hand into that ball.
Feel the weight of the ball.
Very good.
All right.
So let's get ready to inhale.
And let's inhale.
Inhale deeply.
Exhale three,
Two,
One.
Inhale.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five.
Open your mouth and let it out.
Now as you continue to breathe,
Contemplate what it is that you would really like to have in your life.
What qualities that you really,
Really enjoy,
That you hold dear to your heart are important to you.
They really make a difference in your life.
Is it love,
Peace,
Joy,
Prosperity,
Abundance,
Relationship?
What is it?
Service to others?
What is it?
Excellent health.
So find out what that is for you for a moment and begin to see the energy of these thoughts moving down your left side.
So they come from your brain where you thought about it.
Down your neck,
Down your shoulders,
Down your arm,
Into your wrists and into the palm of your left hand.
And as you do this,
You'll start noticing that this ball is a little bit bigger and it's clear and it's light.
It's,
You know,
It's light to the touch.
It's light in its illumination.
It's just a very,
Very vibrant ball.
So continue to allow the energy of that positive,
Life-affirming energy from those thoughts and ideas move down your right side into your palm.
Breathe.
For those of you who have a word of the day or a word for the year in your life,
This is a good place to continue to repeat that and feel the image moving as energy down this pathway into this beautiful light bulb.
Breathe.
And you know,
This is the beauty of kinetic mindfulness.
We're creating that mindful consciousness,
But we're also kinetically or very energetically active.
And just find center right now.
And you notice that in one hand,
That ball in your right hand is small but heavy and dark,
And the ball in your left hand is light and vibrant and just beautiful.
And so I want you to lift your hands as if you're still carrying the balls,
Just straight up,
Not towards each other,
But straight up until I give you the instruction.
Take a deep breath here and exhale.
Three,
Two,
One.
Now find your breath and then very,
Very slowly begin to start pointing your palms towards each other.
They're still far apart,
But see if you can feel the energies beginning to vibrate from both hands to both hands.
And now take a deep breath.
And as you exhale,
Begin to bring those two palms very,
Very slowly because I don't want you to miss the interaction and the transformation here that's going on.
And I'll be quiet as you slowly bring your hands,
Eventually,
Like one inch away from each other.
Feel the process.
And breathe.
If you've noticed,
The energy of the left hand,
Light,
Bigger ball,
Has absolutely absorbed the energy of the dark,
Smaller ball.
Now move your hands even closer together and just hold them together and feel that there's only one energy right now in your life.
And that is the energy that you have chosen to represent,
That creative energy of life as you.
And so begin to rub your hands together very lightly,
Symbolizing the coming together and the acceptance of this release and this transformation.
Now begin to rub them harder and harder and harder and faster and harder and faster and harder and faster until you create some heat.
Go ahead and create that heat.
Once you get it to the temperature you desire,
Then stop and just take your hands and place them over your eyes.
So this is very symbolic of bringing the heat of a new place of creativity to that image in action consciousness so that what you see internally you will eventually see from the eyes physically.
Inhale,
Exhale,
Three,
Two,
One.
Inhale,
One,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
And open your mouth,
Let it out.
Gently bring your hands away from your eyes,
Feel what you feel totally.
Hands back down to your knees or your thighs.
So as you breathe,
I'm going to ask questions just to stimulate your intention,
Your creativity to create an image of your choice for your greater experience.
You've created a perfect palette now.
The palette is clean.
It's brand new.
Create what you want and that will put the energy behind it and then it must follow the laws of nature and become what you choose.
It's up to you.
Find your breath.
First question.
What is it that you truly desire as opposed to what you let go?
What do you truly desire for your life right now?
What is it that you desire?
Do you desire greater something,
More of something,
Something itself?
What is it?
And breathe into that.
Breathe.
Once you get what it is,
You return to the focus on your breath.
So that means taking a deeper breath just to get back into that connection.
Do that.
So this that you accept right now.
In your image and action,
What does it feel like?
What does it feel like that you've accepted?
What does it feel like?
What does it look like?
What does it look like?
Breathe deeply.
What does it sound like?
What sounds do you hear?
So we're moving our image and action through our five senses to make it real for us in terms of experience.
And so the next question is,
What does it smell like?
What smell comes up for you in this image that you're creating of this greater idea?
Smell.
Inhale deeply.
What does it taste like?
What tastes come up for you?
What does it taste like?
What tastes come up for you as you embrace this image?
Inhale deeply and release.
Sit in that for a moment.
The five senses.
Breathing.
Acknowledging.
Knowing that if nothing is coming through,
It will come through eventually.
There's no rush.
There's no have to.
There's no standard.
There's only your experience.
And as you stir up the pot of your highest good in image,
It has to show up to you in one form or one time or another.
So just stay aware.
Even after the exercise.
Even after the session.
That's how powerful you are.
Inhale deeply.
Exhale.
Three,
Two,
One.
Now in this image,
In this image of your highest good,
How do you see yourself in the image?
Who are you with?
What are you doing?
What are you wearing?
How do you see yourself in this image?
Breathe.
Now concerning this image,
What is your intention in the image?
What's your whole intention?
Just to be clear for yourself.
Is it to have fun?
Is it to enjoy life?
Is it to be of service to others?
Is it to share?
Is it to be alone?
Is it to find something?
What is the intention,
The underlying intention of this beautiful,
Beautiful image?
What is your intention?
Inhale.
Breathe.
Fill in the following statement.
I see myself,
Fill in the blank,
Now.
I see myself,
Now.
Take the energy of this imaging and fill in the blank.
I see myself,
Now.
Breathe.
It will fit.
Breathe.
You are it.
Breathe.
It is you.
Inhale.
Inhale.
Inhale.
Get ready to inhale.
Inhale deeply.
And exhale.
Three,
Two,
One.
Inhale.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five.
Hold.
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five.
Let it out.
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five.
Stay empty.
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five.
And breathe.
Breathing in your statement,
I see myself,
Whatever that is,
Now.
For one breath,
Then the same thing for the second breath,
All the way until the fifth breath.
So you're going to take five breaths.
But this time each breath is one statement.
Inhaling.
I see myself,
Now.
And exhaling.
Inhaling.
I see myself,
Totally or fully or whatever you put in there,
Now.
And then three,
Then four,
Then five.
Enjoy.
Inhale.
Inhale.
Inhale.
Put one hand on your belly and one hand on your chest.
Inhale deeply into your chest and let that air expand into your belly so that the whole torso is expanding.
Then contract your stomach and then contract your chest.
And then repeat.
Inhaling into the chest,
Then inhaling into the stomach,
Exhaling the stomach,
Then exhaling the chest.
Continue that movement and add to that your Ujjayi breath,
Which is breathing in through your nose,
Running the air along your vocal cords,
And then exhaling out of your nose.
So now you're really busy.
Ujjayi breath is giving you that inner sound.
This wave breath is giving you this absolutely undulating movement of life.
Catch it now.
Catch that wave.
Inhaling.
Exhaling.
Waving in.
Waving out.
And once you get the mechanics of that ebb and flow,
Infuse your statement going in and infuse your statement coming out and do this until you hear the singing bowls.
Find your new breath.
It is universally known that the two most powerful words that we can use as human beings in order to direct energy into our experience are the two words,
I am.
I is actually a letter,
But you get my drift.
I am.
And so whatever you follow those two words up with absolutely has power because I am has power.
And so whatever you say you are,
You build a consciousness around that and the universe absolutely stands at attention as your servant and continues to give you what it is that you claim.
Breathe.
And so with this statement that you've made,
You must become,
I must become the place where that happens.
I can't just say that I want to or I accept or I embrace or I've created this idea for greater love in my life externally unless I internally clear off a runway for love to land.
And so I must become the place of love for love to be attracted to love.
And so that love can be experienced on the level that I choose.
So continue to breathe.
So at this time we move into the conclusion of the practice.
We've released.
We've created an image,
And now we're going to commit to the image.
Fill in the blank.
I am the place where blank happens.
I am the place where blank happens.
I am blank.
I am blank.
Continue to breathe.
So whichever one works for you.
I am the place that love happens or I am love.
Whichever one gives you that sense of the power because both of them are powerful.
The most powerful is I am.
Some times we have to work up to that,
But that's okay.
Either one will get the results done.
So find the one that works for you and fill in the blank and breathe.
I am the place where blank happens.
I am blank.
I am blank.
I am blank.
I am blank.
So take a deep cleansing breath and let it all out.
Remember you take this wherever you go,
Do with it whatever you wish,
But you have the opportunity to revisit it at any time.
And renew,
Refresh,
And redirect your experience because it's all about energy.
And you absolutely deserve the best.
Begin to blink or open your eyes.
Begin to move your body around.
Yaw and stretch.
And just know that life is good and getting gooder.

This was a great meditation, very well guided and in a pace that keeps your focus on your breath and makes it easy to focus on the intention. I would recommend to become familiar with the Ujjayi breathing technique before doing the meditation.
