What is the problem in this moment?

Right now,

This precise moment,

I want you to feel the aliveness of your body.

Right now,

This moment,

You're alive.

And being alive is a really good place to start.

So starting here,

Now,

This moment,

Feeling the aliveness of your body.

The sensations,

Tingling,

Fizzing,

Movement,

Colours or lights behind the eyes.

Any taste in your mouth.

The sensation of breath coming into the body.

And the deflation as it leaves.

Is there any scent in the air?

Can you feel the fabric of your clothes against your skin?

Feeling these layers of sensation of taste and smell and touch.

Feeling the aliveness.

Right now is usually always okay.

When we let go of those past and future worlds of our minds,

Right now,

Breathing,

Sensing,

We're usually always okay.

Feeling that aliveness now.

Really showing up to your experience of what it is to be here.

Listening,

Sensing.

Diving as deeply as you can right now into now.

Welcome to the place where good stuff happens.
