Welcome to day four of a sleeping better pack.

The breath is a beautiful way to live and understand your life.

To breathe is to live your life.

The breath can tell you what we're doing each and every day.

Where for some they have forgotten how important a tool the breath is.

As a technique,

How it can better our lives.

A marker of calmness or not.

So with day or night,

Right where we are right now,

Find a way of being comfortable.

Move yourself around a little now,

Moving your shoulders or your arms.

So that you are even more comfortable and feel free to move at any time.

This is your time.

This is your space.

Nothing at all to bother you.

Nothing else to do.

Your time to sleep.

Your special time to sleep.

And you can begin with paying attention to your breathing.

Noticing each breath as it comes in.

Notice the breath and each exhalation.

Notice the body,

Just one breath at a time.

Simply,

Easily.

And you may count your breaths.

One,

Two,

Three.

And again back to counting the breaths.

One,

Two,

Three.

With calmness of mind,

Calmness of body.

Simply and easily.

One breath at a time.

Softly.

One,

Two,

Three.

And just simply into that rhythm.

One,

Two,

Three.

Notice the breath.

Sometimes in time,

In moments,

Thoughts may wander.

Notice them.

Allow them.

Allow them.

Then go back to one and two and three.

Sleep.

And another thought may come.

Notice it.

Allow it.

Sleep and relaxation.

Back to easily and simply sleeping better.

As you continue to become more comfortable,

More relaxed,

More at ease.

Sleep.

Relaxation and peace of mind.

And now,

Within your mind,

You could drift off to your own special,

Safe and calm place.

I don't know where it is or what it's like.

Or even if it's real or imaginary.

Just your special,

Calm place.

A place that is just yours.

Enjoy being there,

Noticing,

Looking around,

Sensing,

Hearing.

Maybe there are some special smells or sights or sounds.

Your place.

Sleeping even more fully.

And while you are there,

I'd like you to just imagine a space of perfection in your ability to sleep.

A special place in your mind that allows sleep with ease over and over.

And I don't know how this happens for you,

But it does.

This presence of calmness of mind,

Calmness of body,

Somewhere in your past or future.

Just being there and enjoying this ability to sleep.

For your time,

Your place.

Now.

And this calmness can come in many ways.

Gentle,

Warm,

Energetic,

Knowing.

Just notice the mind.

Understand.

Accept the power of sleep.

Knowing just where to go when you need to sleep.

As it just works.

Taking in a deep,

Deep breath and counting.

One,

Two,

Three,

And relax.

Allowing the amazing repairing,

Rebuilding,

Connections and adjustments simply and easily while you sleep.

As we know the body amazingly does this at night while you sleep.

Knowing just where to work at night,

Effectively and efficiently.

Repairing like new,

Maybe even better.

As we take a deep,

Deep breath in.

Holding for a moment.

And just releasing in your time.

Releasing in your space.

Relaxing of mind and body.

As we count from five to one.

You return back to your time and space gently.

Five.

Four.

Three.

Two.

One.

Sleep.
