This meditation is an invitation to stop trying to fall asleep and gently let go of the struggle with insomnia. Instead of effort, control, or forcing rest to happen, you are guided to soften, allow, and make space for wakefulness exactly as it is. Through slow, reassuring guidance, the body is invited to rest even if sleep does not arrive right away, helping the nervous system shift out of alert mode. The meditation gradually fades into soft music, followed by continuous brown noise, creating a total experience of 10 hours designed to support letting go, staying at rest, and being gently accompanied throughout the night.
