Welcome to Love Yourself Meditation.

Find yourself in a comfortable position.

Whether that be seated or in Shavasana,

Ensuring that you're comfortable.

Roll your shoulders.

Inhaling,

Extending your spine.

Feel that lengthen.

Making sure that you are as comfortable as possible.

Take a deep inhale.

And sigh it out.

And again.

One more time.

Now inhaling to the count of four.

And exhaling to the count of five.

Inhaling.

And slowly exhaling.

And we'll do that a few more times.

Inhaling for four.

Exhaling slowly for five.

Returning your breath to its natural rhythm.

Just observing your inhale and your exhale.

Notice your chest rise and fall.

Feel the chest area expand and slowly let it go.

Settling in deeper into the space beneath you.

Allow your body to be fully supported by the ground under you.

And enjoy the sense of relaxation that comes from feeling supported.

In your mind,

See yourself doing something that you love to do.

Something that brings you joy and a smile on your face.

Notice how your body feels when you're doing this thing that you love.

Take notice of the details of the setting you're in.

The sounds,

The things you see,

The smells.

The space is special because it represents your higher self and your innermost truth.

Your joy is a reflection of the light that lives inside you.

And in the space,

The light is shining brightly.

You feel the sense of lightness in your body and mind and stay here for a moment.

Now choose another activity or thing that makes you feel joy and see yourself doing this activity.

Feeling confident and at ease in this space.

Stay here for a moment and let it soak into your body and mind.

Now finally choose one more thing that you love to do and bring the essence of that forward by picturing it in your mind.

Feel its vibration in your body and open up your heart to bring it to life.

Stay here for a moment enjoying it and feeling a sense of freedom and love for yourself.

Now bring your attention to your chest area,

Your heart space and notice a glowing green ball of light there.

With each inhale this ball grows brighter and brighter.

And with each exhale you release something that no longer serves you.

Creating more space to embrace the real you.

Feel the imperfections and judgments melt away and you're left with a deeper sense of love and appreciation.

Let's stay here together in this beautiful loving energy and enjoy the benefits it offers.

If you should wonder simply come back to the green ball of light in your chest area or your breath.

Let's take a few moments.

Take a deep breath in and see the green ball of light glowing even brighter.

Send some love and gratitude to your higher self and thank yourself for being here today.

Thank your body and mind for their participation on your journey today.

Place both hands over your heart embracing this love giving gratitude for yourself for taking this time.
