With this meditation we move into the sacred portal of the Fall Equinox where we are poised at the equilibrium of daylight and darkness, a time for celebrating balance: balance between your inner and outer worlds, balance between dark and light, balance between the masculine and the feminine. The symbol of the fall equinox is the double spiral, illustrating the in-breath and the out-breath.
