Begin to bring your awareness to your breath.

Take a nice deep breath in,

And a deep breath out.

Breathing in through your nose,

Breathing out through your nose.

Allow your body to relax,

Allow your mind to simply have a break,

To simply focus on the breath,

Saying to yourself,

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

When you notice that your mind begins to wander,

Simply notice,

Observe,

Be kind to yourself.

It's easy to beat ourselves up for losing track of the breath and going off into our thoughts.

But this is our mind's job,

Is to think.

So allowing it to do that,

But then redirecting it back to the breath.

Take a deep breath in,

And a deep breath out.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Often when my mind wanders off,

I like to say to myself,

Thank you for sharing.

I'm going to focus on the breath.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Bring your awareness to your body.

Notice if you're holding tension,

And bring your awareness to your breath.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Inhale,

Exhale.

Inhale.

Imagine your thoughts are simply like clouds passing through the sky.

Without attaching to them,

Just watch them go by and return to your breath.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Begin to bring your awareness back to your breath.

Taking a deep breath in and out.

Begin to bring your awareness to your body.

Beginning to wiggle your fingers and toes.

Take a few more deep breaths before you open your eyes.

And when you're ready,

Slowly bring yourself back into the space that you're in.

I encourage a few sips of water or a bit more movement before you move into your next activity,

Just assuring that you feel very grounded in the here and now.

Thank you for your time.
