As moments flow by, they may seem like a movie — fast, seamless, too quick for thought to catch. But each instant is actually a still life, a frame, complete in itself. When I pause, I can notice: one now… then the next… then the next. In that stillness, warmth arises, then silence, then spaciousness — the prism of mind opening into pure light.

Prism Mind Visualization Right now,

This moment is flowing through me.

It looks and feels like a movie.

But when I pay attention,

I notice it isn't one smooth stream.

It's frame after frame,

Still after still,

Flickering so quickly my thoughts can't keep up.

Awareness keeps stitching them together into what I call my life.

Now I let the reel slow,

One picture at a time.

I see this moment like a still life,

Unmoving,

Self-contained and whole.

This now,

And this now,

And this now.

Each one complete before the next arrives.

As I rest here,

Something warms.

Stillness opens into a softness,

Compassion,

Love.

A gentle warmth flowing through the pause.

That warmth deepens into silence.

The chatter of thoughts fades.

The distractions fall away.

And beyond silence,

I sense a spaciousness.

Not a picture,

Not a frame,

Not even a story.

Just wide,

Open awareness itself.

Expansive,

Objectless,

And free.

Here the prism melts back into pure light.

Nothing to hold,

Nothing to chase.

Just the openness in which every moment appears and disappears.

Sit upright and notice the sensation of your posture.

Feel whether you are leaning forward or back.

To one side or the other.

And gently guide yourself toward balance.

You may sense the elbows drawing closer to the body.

The head easing slightly back.

The shoulders dropping down.

As the chest softens,

The breath deepens.

Notice any tension in the thighs and allow the thighs,

Calves,

And groin to relax.

Gravity is already doing its work.

Let the muscles sag,

Supported by the bones holding them.

The breath deepens again.

Swallow once and feel the simple presence of being here.

Let the neck gently roll side to side.

And then return to stillness.

Now notice the stillness of the body.

Awareness continues moving at the same speed.

But there is less activity to track.

This quiet begins to reveal silence in the mind.

Thoughts soften,

Inner speech fades,

And the mind becomes as still as the body.

In this stillness of body and silence of mind,

Visualize small circular openings appearing in the quiet.

From these openings,

Awareness begins to drift outward,

As if loosening its tether to body-mind.

See awareness flowing outward,

Light and unbound,

Until you shift perspective and find yourself outside the body,

Watching this awareness float upward toward you.

As it arrives,

Feel it merging with you,

Just as a river flows into the ocean.

Or sense the ocean extending itself into the river,

Until they become one water,

One flow,

One awareness,

One you.

Spaciousness,

Silence,

And stillness.

Not separate,

But a single presence,

Here,

Now.
