Please take this time to find a comfortable seat.
Eventually moving into a point of stillness.
The focus of this meditation will be on our breath,
Mantra,
And the theme of this meditation is clearing.
We spend so much time focusing on what lies ahead that we rarely find a connection to ourselves.
So let's tap into this moment.
Tap into our breath right here,
Right now.
We'll start by lengthening our breath.
Noticing the breath moving in,
Noticing the breath moving out,
Beginning to deepen the out-breath.
We may hold on to a lot throughout our days,
Throughout our weeks,
And that's why it's so important to practice the art of letting go.
Our breath is a wonderful tool to help allow this healing and clearing of space.
So keep your breath with you,
Breathing in,
Breathing out.
Inhale,
And exhale.
Begin to imagine yourself walking down a path.
This path leads to a beautiful open meadow.
The air is warm.
The sky is full of beautiful clouds.
You begin to feel drawn to a path,
Leading you into the middle of the meadow.
Here you find a comfortable seat.
Beginning to feel the ground support you and observing the nature that surrounds you.
The fresh grass,
Birds singing,
And a gentle breeze kisses your cheek.
You begin to close your eyes,
Enjoying the presence of now,
Even the thoughts that come and go.
Noticing the clouds behind your eyes.
Begin to imagine placing your thoughts into these clouds and just observing them pass by.
Here feel free to use the mantra,
Inhale,
Let,
And exhale,
Go.
Let go.
Breathing in,
Breathing out.
Inhale let.
Exhale go.
Breath is still very present.
Notice any areas in the body that may feel tense and repeat the same mantra to release tension in these areas.
Making this simple connection to your body and clearing away what is old,
What is stale,
Welcoming in the new,
Welcoming in more room,
More space.
By clearing away,
You can create space for the new,
For creativity,
For love,
For acceptance,
And for peace.
Begin to notice and observe all that is around you.
Moving back to our simple breath,
Simple inhale,
And a simple exhale.
Feeling yourself moving any thoughts,
Letting go of any attachments.
Continuing to place each thought into the clouds above.
You slowly begin to notice clearing a break in the clouds above.
Feeling clarity within as the clouds begin to move away,
Welcoming in this beautiful blue sky,
The sun to shine directly upon you.
So coming back to that simple mantra,
Inhale let,
Exhale go.
Breathing in.
Breathing out.
Slowly begin to lower the chin to the chest,
Welcoming a bigger breath,
Longer breath.
Begin to open the eyes,
Allowing yourself to move out of your meditation,
Making gentle movements,
Waking the body and waking the mind back up.
Just begin to observe here how you feel in this very present moment,
Clearing,
Opening for new possibilities,
New opportunities for what lies ahead.
