This practice is about the four soul questions. It's a mantra meditation and you can use the mantra SO HUM. Focus your attention on the inner energy of your body and feel into any emotion. When you accept what is, every moment is the best moment. That is enlightenment!
Finding a comfortable seat and when you're ready close your eyes bringing your awareness to your breath just take a nice long inhale through the nose exhaling out with a sigh letting everything go allowing your head your neck your shoulders everything to fall down toward the floor and before we begin our meditation we like to ask the soul questions who am I and not knowing the answer to this question just allowing whatever wants to bubble up and what do I want what do I really really want this could be anything at all that you would like to see manifest and what's my purpose in life how can I help how can I serve while doing what I love and last but certainly not least what am I grateful for what are some of the many blessings already present in my life and taking another nice long inhale and then exhale letting go of all the questions just trusting the universe will sort out all the details you may now begin the repetition of your primordial sound mantra remembering that the repetition of the mantra is gentle and relaxed there's no need to force or concentrate and when you find yourself drifting away to other thoughts in your mind or sensations in your body or other noises in the environment just come back easily effortlessly to the mantra letting go of any and all expectations that you have for your meditation trust we always get exactly what we need and I'll watch the time so that you can enjoy you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you Oh stopping the repetition of the mantra continue to rest easily with your eyes closed always remember to sit for a couple of moments at the end of meditation this allows the stillness and silence to come with us out into our day start to bring your awareness back into your body moving in any way that feels good to you and taking a few deep breaths in and out and when you're ready floating your eyes open taking a look around the room just coming back into the space and taking all the time you need easing back into activity enjoy your day namaste
