My name is Michelle from MeTime and today we are going to focus on embracing change as well as moving through it with more grace.

Data waves are embedded into this guided meditation and visualization to help ease your worried subconscious,

Evoke relaxation,

And open your mind to new experiences and beginnings.

Let's start by taking a few moments to get comfortable seated,

Lying down,

Or in a mindful and slow walking pace.

Relax the jaw,

The shoulders,

And anywhere else you are holding tension in the body.

Now begin to take three deep inhales through the nose and exhales through the mouth.

Begin with me now inhaling through the nose and exhaling through the mouth.

Two more times inhaling through the nose,

Exhaling through the mouth.

One final breath,

Inhaling new life and energy and exhaling old stagnant energy.

Good.

Return to normal breathing through the nose.

Continue to relax as you listen to this guided meditation and visualization on change.

Signs of change are all around us.

Sometimes we can feel it in our intuitive bodies before our brains begin to recognize what is arriving or what has already come.

The wind shifts from a warm to cool.

The leaves begin to whisper by gently shaking before they let themselves fall into a breeze that carries them away to different parts of their natural cycle.

Step into the sensations and signs of change that have been speaking to you for a while now.

You may not feel ready for change,

But in fact you were designed for it.

We often fear change because it brings feelings and experiences that are unfamiliar.

As creatures of habit with desire to maintain feelings of order and structure,

We perceive change as a chaotic and destructive thing without honoring its other purpose to wash or wither away what's no longer meant for us.

The process of,

Or even the idea of clearing away or fading out old patterns,

People,

And circumstances can feel overwhelming.

Lean into those feelings and sit with them for a moment now and begin to breathe deeply in and out through the nose.

Begin to breathe in the cool air through your nose and notice as you breathe out through your nose that the cool air has changed to warm.

Inhale all of that new,

Fresh life force energy and oxygen and breathe out and release old,

Stagnant energy,

Carbon dioxide,

Toxins,

And anything else that no longer serves you.

You sweet child are as vast and expansive as the universe.

You experience change,

You adapt,

And you grow.

Embrace change for it is a natural way of life that can help you in more ways than you think.

Inhale deeply through the nose and exhale deeply through the mouth.

Now let's visualize a tree that goes through the four seasons in the northern hemisphere in the northeast.

In the cold and frigid winter,

The branches are bare,

The roots are deeply burrowed and barricaded underneath the frozen soil.

It sits still and calm and collected,

Being fully immersed in its time of stillness,

Reflection,

And slumber.

Inhale deeply through the nose and exhale deeply through the mouth.

The signs and sensations of change start to awaken our tree as we enter into spring.

The snow around the tree begins to melt.

The frosted branches turn to a glisten.

The birds that live among the tree begin to chirp with more vigor and bravado.

The frozen soil becomes muddy and the snow turns to rain,

Bringing fresh new greenery to the tree and earth below it.

Leaves and flowers pop up and thrive.

New animals,

Plants,

And energies are born.

Inhale deeply through the nose and exhale deeply through the mouth.

Our spring tree continues to flourish as the summer heat slowly approaches.

The forest in which the tree sits is in full motion with a range of animals and soundscapes playing within and around the tree.

The hot sun is nourishing and yet can feel overpowering,

But the tree knows it can not only withstand the heat but prosper under the shining light.

Inhale deeply through the nose and exhale deeply through the mouth.

As the days and nights get colder,

The tree feels a shift to autumn where change is most apparent.

The warm breeze becomes cool and crisp.

Its leaves begin to whisper and shake,

Letting the tree know it's time to change color.

As its greens become shades of red,

Orange,

And yellow,

The tree stands tall and beautiful amongst the bountiful harvest that hums in the forest around it.

Being ready or not,

The tree begins to let its leaves fall and be carried away,

Gently accepting and allowing for its next cycle to begin.

Let's finish by taking three deep inhales through the nose and exhales through the mouth.

Begin with me now,

Inhaling through the nose and exhaling through the mouth.

Two more times,

Inhaling through the nose and exhaling through the mouth.

One final deep inhale,

Inhaling all that fresh new life energy and exhaling all that old stagnant energy.

Return to normal breathing.

It is time to embrace your natural cycle of change and allow your next phase of life to begin.
